چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺎﮐﻦ ﺷﻬﺮي اﻏﻠﺐ ﻃﯿﻒ وﺳﯿﻌﯽ از ﺟﺎذﺑﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ اﻗﺎﻣﺘﯽ و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي را در ﺧﻮد ﺟﺎي داده اﻧﺪ، ﮐﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ از ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺷﻬﺮي ر ا ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ. از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ اﻗﺎﻣﺘﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ اﺷﺎره ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﺴﻞ ﺟﺪﯾﺪي از اﻗﺎﻣﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ در ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻌﻤﺎري ﺧﺎص ﯾﺎ ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ و ﺳﻨﺘﯽ، در ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ، ﺧﺪﻣﺎت اراﺋﻪ ﻣﯽ دﻫﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻘﺒﺎل ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان از اﯾﻦ ﻧﻮع ﻫﺘﻞ ﻫﺎ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮاﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻘﺼﺪ دارﻧﺪ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺷﻬﺮي ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻮﺛﺮي اﯾﻔﺎ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ دو ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﺣﻨﺎ و ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﻪ واﻗﻊ در ﺑﺎﻓﺖ ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ 11و 12 ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان، ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺑﻬﺮه ﻣﻨﺪي از ارزش ﺗﺎرﯾﺨﯽ، ﭘﺘﺎﻧﺴﯿﻞ زﯾﺎدي در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺷﻬﺮي دارﻧﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، در ﭘﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ اﯾﻦ دو ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ در ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺷﻬﺮي )اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ- ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ( از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﻣﺤﻠﯽ، ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ دو ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ، ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ اي و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﺎت، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﮐﺎي دو ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮان و ﭘﺮﺳﻨﻞ، ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎي ﺣﻨﺎ و ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻫﺮ ﺳﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﺷﻬﺮ ﺗﻬﺮان، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬارﻧﺪ، اﻣﺎ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان، اﯾﻦ ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ ﻓﻘﻂ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ_ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ دارﻧﺪ و ﺑﺮ اﺑﻌﺎد اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮي ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﯾﺎد ﺷﺪه، ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮي ﭼﻨﺪاﻧﯽ ﻧﺪارﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در زﻣﺎن ﭘﺎﻧﺪﻣﯽ ﺑﯿﻤﺎري ﮐﺮوﻧﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ، ﺗﻌﺪاد ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﮐﻤﺘﺮي در دو ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ اﻗﺎﻣﺖ داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ و اﺣﺘﻤﺎل ﻣﯽ رود ﮐﻪ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﮔﺮدﺷﮕﺮان ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﮐﺮوﻧﺎﯾﯽ، ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ و ﺷﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﯿﺰان آﺷﻨﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻫﺘﻞ ﺑﻮﺗﯿﮏ ﻫﺎ، ﺑﻪ ﺣﺪ ﮐﺎﻓﯽ ﻧﺒﻮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Urban places often contain a wide range of attractions, accommodation centers, and other tourist facilities, which form an essential part of the urban tourism foundation. Among these accommodation centers, we can mention the boutique hotels, which offer services at the highest level of quality as a new generation of accommodation in a building with unique architecture or historical and traditional texture. Due to the popularity of these hotels and their impact on the destination community, they can play an influential role in the development of urban tourism. For example, Hanna and Nezamiyeh boutique hotels located in the historical part of districts 11 and 12 of Tehran have great potential in urban tourism development due to their historical value. This research investigates the role of these two boutique hotels in three dimensions of urban tourism development (socio-cultural, economic, and environmental) from residents, tourists, managers, and staff of two boutique hotels. This research is descriptive-analytical, and data is collected through library studies and field studies such as questionnaire distribution. In examining the hypotheses, the Chi-square test results show that from the point of view of the local community, managers and staff, these two boutique hotels affect all three dimensions of tourism development in Tehran. However, from the point of view of tourists, these boutique hotels only affect the socio-cultural dimension. Given that the present study was conducted during the Covid-19 pandemic, fewer tourists stayed in the two boutique hotels. This tourists’ impression was likely due to the pandemic conditions, and perhaps their familiarity with economic issues & environment of the boutique hotels has not been enough.
