چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه: خدمت مقدس سربازي يكي از مراحل حساس و مهم زندگي جوان ايراني به‌حساب مي‌آيد. تمام مردان ملزم به گذراندن اين دوره دوساله هستند. جوانان در اين دوره با برخي آموزش‌هاي نظامي آشنا شده و براي دفاع از وطن در زمان جنگ آمادگي پيدا مي‌كنند. همچنين در زمان صلح، نيروها مي‌توانند به خدمت مراكز شهري، نيمه نظامي يا نظامي درآيند و آنان را در بالندگي وطن ياري رسانند. به‌رغم تمام تلاش‌ها در جهت سازنده نمودن خدمت، بسياري از جوانان تصور مثبت و سازنده‌اي از آن ندارند. عوامل متعدد موجب شده اين دوره چون كابوسي در ذهن جوانان تلقي شود و سد راه پيشرفت و كمال آنها قرار گيرد. مسئله اصلي اين مقاله اين است چگونه مي‌توان كيفيت خدمت سربازي را براي مشمولان و نيروهاي وظيفه به وجه قابل قبولي ارتقا داد.
روش: در اين تحقيق از روش علمي نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهديدها (SWOT) استفاده شد. در گام نخست عوامل دروني ضعف و قوت و پس‌ازآن عوامل بيروني تهديد و فرصت شناسايي شدند. پس‌ازآن با انطباق زوجي عوامل بيروني و دروني، راهبردهاي استفاده از فرصت‌ها و نقاط قوت و كاستن از ابعاد منفي به‌دست آمد.
يافتهها: يافتهها نشان داد كه با توجه به فرصت‌ها و نقاط قوت خدمت سربازي، استفاده از سامانه‌هاي پيشرفته اطلاعاتي و مديريتي امري ضروري و اجتناب‌ناپذير است...
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد براي رسيدن به نتايج قويتر بهتر است فرماندهان ارشد كه دسترسي به اطلاعات جامع دارند و از بينش عميقتري نسبت به موضوعات بهره مي‌برند، بر مبناي روش حاضر اقدام به تهيه راهبردهاي ارتقاي كيفيت خدمت سربازي نمايند.

Introduction: Military service is one of the most sensitive and important stages in the life of a young Iranian. All men are required to pass this two-year course. During this period, the youth became acquainted with some military training and prepared to defend the homeland during the war. Also in peacetime, the forces can serve in urban, paramilitary or military centers and assist them in the development of the homeland. Despite all efforts to build the service, many young people do not have a positive and constructive perception of it. Numerous factors have caused this period to be considered as a nightmare in the minds of young people and an obstacle to their progress and perfection. The main issue of this essay is how to improve the quality of military service for conscripts and conscripts in an acceptable way.
Method: In this research, it was used the scientific method of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT). In the first step, the internal factors of weakness and strength and then the external factors were identified as threats and opportunities. Then, with the pairwise adaptation of external and internal factors, strategies for using opportunities and strengths and reducing negative dimensions were obtained.
