تبيين اثرپذيري ادراك كيفيت طيف خلوت از پيكره‌بندي فضايي (مورد پژوهي: مقايسه تطبيقي خانه‌ در باغ‌‌ شهرهاي دهكده و مهرشهر)

Explaining the Effectiveness of the Privacy Spectrum Quality Perception from the Spatial Configuration (A Comparative Study of houses in Dehkede and Mehrshahr Garden Cities)

تأمين خلوت، زيست‌پذيري بهينه كاربر را فراهم كرده كه از اهداف يك طرح پايدار معماري است. بي‌‌توجهي به تأثير ارتباطات فضاها بر ادراك و تفكيك فضاها به‌وسيله مرزبندي، سبب گسست عرصه‌‌بندي‌‌هاي فردي يا جمعي شده كه ناديده‌‌انگاري يا اولويت‌بخشي هر‌‌كدام موجب تضعيف هويت جمعي يا نگاه انزواطلبانه به خلوت شده و آسيب‌هاي رواني اجتماعي را در خانه سبب مي‌‌شود. اهميت توجه به ماهيت طيف‌گونه خلوت كه حاصل برقراري تعامل با ديگري يا خويشتن‌نگري است؛ ضرورت در نظر گرفتن تأثيرات پيوستگي ادراكي- فضايي، با توجه به ميزان حريم خصوصي لازمه هر فضا جهت تأمين خلوت در دو سوي هم‌تراز اين طيف را نشان مي‌دهد. هدف بررسي رابطه نحو فضايي و خلوت ادراك‌شده است و در تحقق طيف خلوت در حوزه‌هاي فردي و جمعي خانه‌هاي باغ‌شهري، پي پاسخ به پرسش ميزان كيفيت خلوت ادراكي و ارتباط آن با خلوت فضايي حاصل از پيكره‌بندي فضايي است. روش‌شناسي تحقيق آميخته است كه مؤلفه نحوي نفوذپذيري، به‌وسيله دپث‌‌مپ سنجش شده و ميزان مطلوبيت خلوت ادراكي به‌وسيله پرسشنامه و با spss و آماره (t) ارزيابي‌شده است. ميان همه خانه‌ها، نتايج خلوت ادراكي مهرشهر بالاي سطح ميانه و نشان‌‌گر رضايتمندي ساكنان از خلوتگاه‌هاي فردي و جمعي بوده است؛ نفوذپذيري پايين با سازمان‌دهي فضاهاي محدب تعاملي و جلوگيري از ادغام عملكردها كه موجب تعرض به خلوت است و با افزايش سلسله‌مراتب و طولاني‌تر شدن زنجيره فضايي از مبدأ تا فضاي هدف، بالاترين خلوت فضايي جمعي و فردي خانه‌هاي مهرشهر نسبت به دهكده را منتج شده است؛ در تحقق طيف خلوت، نتايج خلوت فضايي و ادراكي، هم‌پوشاني و مطابقت داشته‌‌اند.

The need to consider the effects of perceptual-spatial coherence, given the privacy required by each space to provide individual and collective privacy on both sides of the spectrum, shows. Assuming the existence of some degree of privacy in the transition from micro-spaces and the formation of privacy spectrum and to investigate the relationship between spatial configuration and desirability in both individual and collective areas of urban houses, this study seeks to answer the question of the quality of perceptual privacy and its relationship with syntax. Space is about achieving spatial privacy. Spatial permeability was assessed by Deptump and the perceived degree of privacy was interviewed by residents and assessed by SPSS and statistics (t). A survey of four components and indicators of privacy, among all models, the results of Mehrshahr perceptual privacy above the middle level and showed residents' satisfaction with individual and collective privacy. Reducing permeability, by organizing convex interactive spaces and preventing the integration of functions that invades privacy, and by increasing the hierarchy and longer spatial chain from origin to target space, has resulted in the highest collective and individual privacy of Mehrshahr houses relative to the village; In the realization of the spectrum of solitude, the results of spatial and perceptual solitude overlap and correspond.
