چكيده فارسي :
بنگاه‌هاي كوچك و متوسط (SMEها) نقش حياتي در اقتصاد دارند. اين بنگاه‌ها، در كشورهاي درحال‌توسعه، نقش مهمي در ايجاد اشتغال به‌ويژه اشتغال زنان دارند. سرمايه‌گذاري در توسعه SMEها يك استراتژي بلندمدت و هوشمند با بازدهي پايدار است. SMEها اكثريت قريب به‌اتفاق شركت‌ها را تشكيل مي‌دهند. در سطح جهاني، SMEها بيش از 95 درصد كل واحدهاي توليدي را تشكيل مي‌دهند، زماني كه SMEهاي رسمي و غيررسمي در نظر گرفته مي‌شوند، حدود 50 درصد از توليد ناخالص داخلي و 70-60 درصد از كل اشتغال به SMEها مرتبط مي‌شود. از زمان بحران مالي جهاني، ارتقا دسترسي به سرمايه‌هاي بنگاه‌هاي كوچك و متوسط در دستور كار اصلاحات جهاني قرار گرفته است. هدف اين مقاله بررسي فرصت‌هاي توسعه و رشد و همچنين چالش‌هاي اصلي تأمين مالي اسلامي براي بنگاه‌هاي كوچك و متوسط است. اين مقاله به تعميق درك مفاهيم مالي اسلامي و همچنين صنايع كوچك و متوسط كمك خواهد كرد. علاوه بر اين راهكارهايي براي حمايت مؤسسات مالي اسلامي از صنايع كوچك و متوسط ارائه مي‌كند.
چكيده لاتين :
Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the economy. In developing countries, these companies play an important role in creating employment, especially for women. Investing in the development of SMEs is a long-term and smart strategy with sustainable returns. SMEs constitute the vast majority of companies. Globally, SMEs constitute more than 95% of all productive units, when formal and informal SMEs are considered, about 50% of GDP and 60-70% of total employment are linked to SMEs. Since the global financial crisis, improving access to capital for small and medium enterprises has been on the agenda of global reforms. The purpose of this article is to examine the development and growth opportunities as well as the main challenges of Islamic financing for small and medium enterprises. This article will help to deepen the understanding of Islamic finance concepts as well as small and medium industries. In addition, it provides solutions for Islamic financial institutions to support small and medium industries.
