بررسي ميزان تناسب نرم پوشاك پايوران پايور كلانتري و پاسگاه‌هاي فراجا در مناطق سردسير

Investigating the FRAJA’s police staff clothing norm suitability in cold regions

زمينه و هدف: فرماندهي انتظامي به‌عنوان يك سازمان اجتماعي عهده‌دار مأموريت‌ها و وظايفي است و ارتباط چهره به چهره‌ي زيادي با آحاد مردم دارد. عيني‌ترين و ملموس‌ترين عنصر در مواجه ي مردم با فرماندهي انتظامي عنصر لباس است،كه بروز و ظهور دارد و حتي تداعي ذهني مي‌نمايد. لباس كاركنان فرماندهي انتظامي در موفقيت يا شكست مأموريت‌ها ، نقش مؤثر و غيرقابل‌انكاري دارد. بنابراين اين سؤال مطرح مي‌شود كه آيا نرم لباس كاركنان متناسب با شرايط محيطي به‌ويژه محيط‌هاي سرد هست؟ هدف اين پژوهش بررسي ميزان تناسب نرم پوشاك پايوران پايور كلانتري‌ها و پاسگاه‌هاي (كوپ) فرماندهي انتظامي در مناطق سردسير بوده است. روش: اين پژوهش به لحاظ ماهيت، توصيفي و ازنظر هدف كاربردي است كه در زمره‌ي پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي- توسعه‌اي قرار مي‌گيرد و به‌صورت توصيفي و تحليلي انجام گرفته است. روش تحقيق نيز از نوع پيمايشي بوده است. يافته‌ها: عدم تناسب ميزان تأمين پوشاك، با نرم ابلاغي پوشاك پايوران پايور كوپ فرماندهي انتظامي در مناطق سردسير در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد را نشان داد. بنابراين ميزان برنامه‌ريزي و برآورد پوشاك، با نرم ابلاغي پوشاك پايوران پايور كوپ فرماندهي انتظامي در مناطق سردسير متناسب نبوده است. نتيجه‌گيري: هم‌چنين نتايج نشان داده‌اند كه عدم تناسب ميزان تأمين، توزيع، كيفيت و كميت پوشاك، با نرم ابلاغي پوشاك پايوران پايور كوپ فرماندهي انتظامي در مناطق سردسير در سطح اطمينان 95 درصد وجود دارد. بدين ترتيب ميزان تأمين، توزيع، كيفيت و كميت پوشاك، با نرم ابلاغي پوشاك پايوران پايور كوپ فرماندهي انتظامي در مناطق سردسير متناسب نبوده است.

Aim & Background: The police force, as a social organization, is responsible for missions and tasks and has a lot of face-to-face communication with individuals. The most objective and tangible element in people's confrontation with the police is the element of clothing, which appears and even evokes mental association. The uniform of police personnel has an effective and undeniable role in the success or failure of law enforcement and military missions. Therefore, the question arises whether the clothing norm of employees are suitable for environmental conditions, especially cold environments? The purpose of this study was to investigate the suitability of police staff clothing norm in cold regions. Method: This research is descriptive in nature and applied in terms of purpose, which is in the category of applied-developmental research and has been done descriptively and analytically. The research method was survey. Findings: The findings in response to the main question, showed mismatch of clothing supply with communicated police staff clothing norm in cold regions at 95% confidence level. Thus amount of planning and evaluation of clothing wasn’t compatible with communicated police staff clothing norm in cold regions. Conclusion: The results also showed there is incompatibility of supply, distribution, quality and quantity rate of clothing with communicated police staff clothing norm in cold regions at a confidence level of 95%. Thus, the rate of supply, distribution, quality and quantity of clothing wasn’t compatible with communicated police staff clothing norm in cold regions.
