چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: ترابري چابك يكي از موضوعات مهم براي تابآوري يك سازمان رزمي در محيط عملياتي است. اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي شكاف اهميت و عملكرد در شاخصهاي چابكي توان و تحرك در يك سازمان نظامي - انتظامي انجام پذيرفته است.
روش: اين تحقيق از انواع پژوهشهاي كاربردي است و با رويكرد آميخته كيفي - كمي تنظيم شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش خبرگان ترابري سازمان موردمطالعه هستند. در مرحله نخست پژوهش از طريق مصاحبه با خبرگان مزبور و تحليل مضامين مصاحبههاي انجامشده فهرستي از عوامل مؤثر بر چابكسازي توان و تحرك سازمان موردمطالعه استخراج شده است. در مرحله دوم، اين فهرست در قالب پرسش‌نامه‌اي در اختيار اعضاي جامعه آماري قرار گرفته و اهميت و عملكرد هر يك از شاخصهاي شناساييشده ارزيابي شده است. دادههاي اين پرسش‌نامه‌ها با استفاده از ماتريس شكاف اهميت - عملكرد تحليل و نمايش داده شدهاند.
يافته‌ها: نتايج نشان داد كه دو مؤلفه وضع معيشتي كاركنان ترابري و نسبت تعداد رانندگان به خودرو (سنگين، نيمه‌سنگين) به‌عنوان موارد بااهميت و در اولويت براي بهبود و برنامههاي اصلاحي قرار گرفتند و ساير مؤلفه‌هاي مطرح شده در اولويتهاي بعدي قرار گرفتند.
نتيجه‌گيري: بر مبناي يافتههاي پژوهش ميتوان نتيجه گرفت كه براي آماده بكار بودن خودرو و تجهيزات ميبايستي بيش از هر اقدام ديگري سطح دانش كاربران در زمينه حفظ و نگهداري تجهيزات افزايش داده و همچنين قطعات پرمصرف را به شكل مناسب تأمين نموده و در اختيار ردههاي مصرف‌كننده قرار داد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Agile transportation is one of the most important issues for the resistance of a military-police organization in the operational environment. This study has been done with aim of identifying the gap of importance and performance in the agility indicators of strength and mobility in a military-police organization.
Method: This research is one of the applied research types and is organized with mixed qualitative-quantitative approach. The statistical population of the study is the transportation experts of the studied organization. In the first phase of research, a list of factors affecting the making agile of power and mobility of the studied organization was extracted through interviews with the mentioned experts and analyzing the contents of done interviews. In the second phase, this list is provided to members of the statistical community in the form of a questionnaire and the importance and performance of each identified indicator is evaluated. The data of these questionnaires were analyzed and displayed using the importance-performance gap matrix.
Findings: The results showed that the two components of transport personnel’s living condition and the ratio of number of drivers to vehicle (heavy, semi-heavy) were considered as important and primary items for improvement and correction programs, and other discussed components were the next priorities.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that for car and equipment be ready to use, the level of users' knowledge in the field of equipment maintenance should be increased more than any other action, and also high-consumed parts should be properly Provided and made available to consumer categories.
