امنيت اجتماعي به‌عنوان يكي از الزامات جامعه بشري، هميشه به‌عنوان يكي از دغدغه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري در قالب تدابير، منويات و ...، در مناسبتهاي مختلف گوشزد گرديده است كه با غور و تبيين علمي در اين فرمايشات، مدلها، الگوها و راهبردهاي مختلف امنيت اجتماعي تدوين و استخراج ميگردد كه ميتواند علاوه‌بر ثبات، پايداري و نهادينه‌نمودن امنيت اجتماعي در جامعه، به مديريت و خنثيسازي تهديدات اجتماعي دشمن كمك شاياني نمايد؛ بنابراين مسأله اصلي تحقيق، فقدان الگوي امنيت اجتماعي منطبق با منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري و سؤال اصلي اين است كه الگوي امنيت اجتماعي منطبق با منظومه فكري مقام معظم رهبري كدام است؟
اين پژوهش كاربردي و توسعه‌اي است كه با روش داده‌بنياد انجام شده است. در اين روش گفتمان معظمله به‌صورت تمام‌شمار مورد بررسي قرار نگرفته است؛ بلكه محقق مداخل ورود به بحث را با احصاي 110 كليد واژه مرتبط، با كمك صاحبنظران قرار داده است. در فرآيند انجام تحقيق محقق با تهيه و توزيع پرسش‌نامه‌هايي تحت عنوان «حساسيت نظري» از 20 نفر از صاحبنظران اين حوزه به‌صورت هدفمند تا مرحله اشباع، نظرخواهي كرده است. براي تدوين الگو، از مدل آقاي خنفير و همكاران استفاده شده است. يافتههاي اصلي اين تحقيق در قالب نتايج و پيامدهاي الگو عبارتند از: عدالت اجتماعي، امنيت رواني، امنيت اخلاقي، احساس آسايش، نظم امنيت اجتماعى.
