طراحي نمودار كنترل جمع دنباله‌ي چندمتغيره براي پايش ضريب تغييرات در حضور خطاي اندازه‌گيري

نمودارهاي كنترل شوهارتي براي پايش ميانگين يا واريانس طراحي شده‌اند، اما در بسياري از فرايندها پايش ميانگين و واريانس به دليل ماهيت فرايند امكان‌پذير نيست و استفاده از ضريب تغييرات براي پايش فرايند توصيه مي‌شود. در نوشتار حاضر، طراحي نمودار كنترل جمع دنباله براي پايش ضريب تغييرات چندمتغيره با در نظر گرفتن خطاي اندازه‌گيري انجام مي‌شود. همچنين راهكار مناسب براي كاهش اثر خطاي اندازه‌گيري بر عملكرد نمودار كنترل پيشنهادي در فاز 2 ارائه مي‌شود. در ادامه، عملكرد نمودار كنترل جمع دنباله براي پايش ضريب تغييرات چندمتغيره در حضور خطاي اندازه‌گيري با عملكرد نمودار كنترل در حالت بدون خطا و با استفاده از زنجيره‌ي ماركوف بر اساس معيار متوسط طول دنباله مقايسه مي‌شود. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد معيار متوسط طول دنباله با افزايش مقدار خطاي اندازه‌گيري كاهش مي‌يابد و مقادير از حالت بدون در نظر گرفتن خطاي اندازه‌گيري دور مي‌شوند.
