ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼح

Investigating the effect of demographic characteristics of training soldiers on the performance of firearms

زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ و ﻫــﺪف: اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑــﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧــﺪازي ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷــﯽ، ﺧﻮاﺳــﺘﻪ ﻣﺴــﺌﻮﻻن ﯾﮕــﺎن ﻫــﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮ اﯾـﻦ اﺳـﺎس، ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ وﯾﮋﮔـﯽ ﻫـﺎي ﻓـﺮدي ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷـﯽ ﻧﯿـﺰ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﻧﻘـﺶ ﻣﻬﻤــﯽ داﺷــﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ. ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﺗﻔــﺎوت ﻫــﺎي ﻓــﺮدي ﻣــﺆﺛﺮ ﺑــﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑــﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧــﺪازي ﺑــﺎ ﺳــﻼح ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿـﺮي ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ ﺑـﺮاي ﺗﻤﺮﮐـﺰ و ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ اﯾـﻦ ﺗﻔـﺎوت ﻫـﺎ ﺷـﻮد. ﻣﺴـﺌﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭼﻨـﯿﻦ ﻣﻄـﺮح ﺷـﺪ ﮐـﻪ آﯾـﺎ وﯾﮋﮔـ ﯽ ﻫـﺎي ﻓـﺮدي و ﺟﻤﻌﯿـﺖﺷﻨﺎﺳـﯽ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷـ ﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﯽ در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼح ﮐﻼﺷﯿﻨﮑﻒ در دوره آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ دارد؟ روش: ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ ازﻧﻈــﺮ ﻫــﺪف ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮدي و ازﻧﻈــﺮ روش ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸــﯽ ﺑــﻮده اﺳــﺖ. ﺑــﻪ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮر ﺟﻤــﻊ آوري داده ﻫــﺎي ﻣﻮردﻧﯿــﺎز از ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻣﺴــﺘﻨﺪات و ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده ﺷــﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻮرداﺳــﺘﻔ ﺎده ﺑــﯿﻦ 235 ﻧﻔــﺮ از ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷــﯽ ﯾﮑــﯽ از ﻣﺮاﮐــﺰ آﻣــﻮزش ﻋﻤــﻮﻣﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﺗﻮزﯾـﻊ ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪ. رواﯾـﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﭘﺎﯾـﺎﯾﯽ داده ﻫـﺎي ﺟﻤـﻊ آوري ﺷـﺪه ﻧﯿـﺰ ﻣـﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﯿـﺪ ﻗـﺮارﮔﺮﻓــﺖ )0/90(. در اﯾــﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ از آﻣــﺎر ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ )ﺷــﺎﺧﺺ ﻫــﺎي ﻓﺮاواﻧــﯽ و درﺻــﺪ ﻓﺮاواﻧــﯽ و ﺷــﺎﺧﺺ ﻫــﺎي ﮔــﺮاﯾﺶ ﻣﺮﮐــﺰي و ﭘﺮاﮐﻨــﺪﮔﯽ( و آﻣــﺎر اﺳــﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ )آزﻣــﻮن ﻫــﺎي ﺗﻔــﺎوت ﻣﯿــﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ t و آﻧﻮوا( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ از ﺑـﯿﻦ ﺷـﺶ ﻓﺮﺿـﯿﻪ اﺻـﻠﯽ ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ، ﺳـﻪ ﻓﺮﺿـﯿﻪ ﺗﺎﺋﯿـﺪ ﺷـﺪه و ﺳـﻪ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ رد ﺷﺪ. ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﻣـﻮرد ﺗﺎﺋﯿـﺪ ﻋﺒـﺎرت ﺑﻮدﻧـﺪ از: ﻣـﺆﺛﺮ ﺑـﻮدن ﺗﻔـﺎوت ﻫـﺎي ﺳـﻨﯽ، ﻣـﺪرك ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳـ ﻼح ﺑـﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧـﺪازي و ﺳـﻪ ﻓﺮﺿـﯿﻪ ﻣﺮﺑـﻮط ﺑـﻪ ﺗﻔـﺎوت وﺿـﻌﯿﺖﺗﺄﻫﻞ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و اﺳﺘﺎن ﻣﺤﻞ اﻋﺰام و اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري آن ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي رد ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸـﺎن داد ﮐـﻪ وﯾﮋﮔـﯽ ﻫـﺎي ﻓـﺮدي و ﺟﻤﻌﯿـﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﯽ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﺑـﺮ ﻧﺤﻮه آﻣﻮزش و ﺑﺮﺧﻮرد ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻻن ﺑﺎ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.

Background and Aim: Ascending the shooting performance of training soldiers is the demand of the officials of the training units. Accordingly, paying attention to the individual characteristics of training soldiers can also play an important role. Examining individual differences affecting the shooting performance of training soldiers' weapons can lead to effective decision-making to focus and pay attention to these differences. The main issue of the research was whether the individual characteristics and demographics of the training soldiers are different from the performance of Kalashnikov rifles in the general training course? Method: this research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of method. A review of documents and a questionnaire were used.In order to collect the required data, the questionnaire used was distributed among 235 training soldiers in one of the general military training centers. The validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the collected data were also confirmed (0.90). In this research, descriptive statistics (frequency and frequency indices and central tendency and dispersion indices) and inferential statistics (mean difference tests of t and ANOVA) were used. Findings: The results indicated that out of the six main hypotheses of the research, three hypotheses were confirmed and three hypotheses were rejected. The confirmed hypotheses were: the effect of age differences, education and experience of using weapons on shooting performance and three hypotheses related to differences in marital status, economic status and province of dispatch and its effect on shooting performance were rejected. Conclusion: The obtained results indicated that personal characteristics and demographics can affect the way officials train and treat soldiers.
