چكيده فارسي :
زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: اﺳﺘﺮس ﺷـﻐﻠﯽ اﻣـﺮوزه ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺴـﺌﻠﻪ اي ﺷـﺎﯾﻊ و ﭘﺮﻫﺰﯾﻨـﻪ در ﯾﮕـﺎن ﻫـﺎي ﻧﻈـﺎﻣﯽ ﺗﺒـﺪﯾﻞ ﺷــﺪه اﺳــﺖ. اﺳــﺘﺮس ﺧــﺪﻣﺘﯽ در ﮐﻨــﺎر ﺧﻄــﺮات ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑــﯽ، اﮐﻮﻧــﻮﻣﯿﮑﯽ و ﺑﯿﻮﻟــﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﯾﮕــﺎن ﺧــﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﯾﮑــﯽ از ﭼﻬــﺎر ﺧﻄــﺮ اﺻــﻠﯽ در ﻣﺤــﯿﻂ ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﺤﺴــﻮب ﻣــﯽ ﺷــﻮد. ﻫــﺪف اﺻــﻠﯽ اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻌﺎرض ﺧﺪﻣﺖ، ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده و اﺳﺘﺮس ﺧﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان اﺳﺖ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ: ﻧــﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﮐــﺎرﺑﺮدي و روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸــﯽ ﻣــﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌــﻪ آﻣــﺎري ﮐﻠﯿــﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨــﺎن وﻇﯿﻔــﻪ ﺳــﺮﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي ﻫــﺎي ﺷﻬﺮﺳــﺘﺎن اراك ﻣــﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﻨﺪ ﮐــﻪ ﺑــﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧــﻪ ﮔﯿــﺮي ﺧﻮﺷــﻪ اي 120 ﻧﻔـﺮ از آﻧــﺎن ﺑــﻪ ﻋﻨــﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ اﻧﺘﺨــﺎب ﺷــﺪﻧﺪ. در اﯾــﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻌــﺎرض ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺧــﺎﻧﻮاده ، ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳـــﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﮐﺎرﻟﺴــﻮن ، ﮐﺎﻣﮑــﺎر و وﯾﻠﯿـــﺎﻣﺰ )2000( و ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳـــﺘﺎﻧﺪارد اﺳــﺘﺮس ﺧــﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﻧﯿــﺰ ﺗﻮﺳــﻂ ﻫﻠﺮﯾﮕــﻞ و اﺳــﻠﻮﮐﺎم در ﺳــﺎل 1996 اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده ﺷــﺪه اﺳــﺖ. ﺑــﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ از ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒـﺎخ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷـﺪه اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ در ﯾـﮏ ﻃـﺮح ﻣﻘـﺪﻣﺎﺗﯽ ﺑـﯿﻦ 35 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾـﻊ ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪ و ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔـﺎي ﮐـﻞ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ 0/832 ﺑـﻪ دﺳـﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎ ﺑـﺎ ﮐﻤـﮏ ﻧـﺮم اﻓـﺰار SPSS و ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣـﻮن رﮔﺮﺳـﯿﻮن ﺧﻄـﯽ و آزﻣـﻮن t ﺑـﺎ دو ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن ﻣـ ﯽ دﻫـﺪ ﮐـﻪ اﺳـﺘﺮس ﺧـﺪﻣﺘﯽ و ﺗﻌـﺎرض ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ-ﺧـﺎﻧﻮاده ﺗـﺄ ﺛﯿﺮ زﯾـﺎدي ﺑـﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸـﺎﻧﮕﺮ اﯾـﻦ اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ اﺳـﺘﺮس ﺧـﺪﻣﺘﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺗﻌـﺎرض ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻣﻨﺠـﺮ ﺑـﻪ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳـﻄﺢ ﻓﺮﺳـﻮدﮔﯽ ﺧـﺪﻣﺘﯽ و اﻓﺴـﺮدﮔﯽ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣـ ﯽ ﺷـﻮد ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﺎﻻ ﺑـﻮدن اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﻣﻨﻔـﯽ ﻫﻤﭽـﻮن ﻏﯿﺒـﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزان، ﻣﺸـﮑﻼت ﺟﺴـﻤﯽ و رواﻧـﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ ﮐـﺎر،ﺗﻌـﺎرض ﺑـﯿﻦ ﻓـﺮد و ﻫﻤﮑـﺎران ﺑـﺮاي ﯾﮕـ ﺎن ﻧﻈـﺎﻣﯽ در ﺑـﺮ داﺷـﺘﻪ و ﺑـﺮ اﯾـﻦ اﺳـﺎس راه ﮐﺎرﻫـ ﺎﯾﯽ ﺑـﺮاي ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﺮﺳﻮدﮔﯽ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﺑﯿﺎن ﮔﺮدﯾﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Today, Job stress has become a common and costly issue in military units. Service stress along with the physical, economic and biological risks of the service unit is one of the four main hazards in the service environment. The main purpose of this research is to measure the impact of service conflict, family and service stress of soldiers. Method: The type of research is applied and the research method is survey. The statistical population is all employees of the head offices of Arak city, of which 120 people were selected as a sample by cluster sampling. In this study, the service-family conflict questionnaire, the standard questionnaire of Carlson, Kamkar and Williams (2000) and the standard questionnaire of service stress were also used by Hellergel and Slocom in 1996. To calculate the reliability, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. In a preliminary design, a questionnaire was distributed among 35 people in the community and the total alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.832. The hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS software using linear regression test and t-test with two independent samples. Findings: The findings show that service stress and service-family conflict have had a significant effect on increasing the level of service burnout of conscripts. Conclusion: The results indicate that increasing service stress as well as service-family conflict leads to increased levels of service burnout and depression in soldiers. High depression can have negative consequences such as absence of soldiers, physical and mental problems, quality of work, conflict between person and colleagues. For the military unit, and based on this, strategies have been proposed to reduce the rate of service burnout.
