زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﺑﻪ ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﯽ رﺳﺪ ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ دوران ﺧﺪﻣﺖ وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺎً ﻫـﻢ ﺑـﻪ ﻧﻔـﻊ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ و ﻫﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻔﻊ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ذي رﺑﻂ و ﻣﺼﺎﻟﺢ ﮐﺸﻮر اﺳﺖ؛ از ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺗﯽ اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﻧﯿـﺎز ﺑـﻪ واﮐﺎويِ ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ و دﻗﯿﻖ ﺗﺮ دارد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺳﻌﯽ ﺑﺮ آن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ در اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﻗﺸﺮ از ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ درﺳﺘﯽ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد و در اداﻣﻪ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﻬﺮه وري و رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺧـﺎﻃﺮ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان در اﻗﺼﯽ ﻧﻘﺎط ﮐﺸﻮر اراﺋﻪ ﺷﻮد.
روش: اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ در ﯾﮑﯽ از ﯾﮕﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎي ﻣﺴـﻠﺢ اﻧﺠـﺎم ﺷـﺪ. ﺑـﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﻧﻈﺮات ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان، اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ دو ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮﻣـﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان 400 ﻋﺪد ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﻣﯿﺎن ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان، ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﮐﺜـﺮت ﻧﻔـﺮات در ﻫـﺮ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋـﻪ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 75 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﺘﺎن ﺗﻬﺮان، 200 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ اﺳﺘﺎن ﻫـﺎ و 125 ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻋــﻪ ﻧــﻮاﺣﯽ ﻣــﺮزي اﺧﺘﺼــﺎص داده ﺷــﺪ. در اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑــﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻓﺮآﯾﻨــﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿــﻞ ﺳﻠﺴﻠﻪ ﻣﺮاﺗﺒﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﻣﺤﻞ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ از ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗـﺮ ﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫـﺎي اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﺑﻬـﺮه وري و ﺳﻄﺢ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن آﺳﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه، ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ ﺗﻐﺬﯾـﻪ، اﻣﮑﺎﻧـﺎت ورزﺷـﯽ، ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﯾﻤﻦ و ... ﻫﻤﮕﯽ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺮﺑﺎز را ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻋﻼﻗﻪ ﻣﻨﺪ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ؛ اﻣﺎ ﻣﺴـﺎﺋﻞ و دﻏﺪﻏﻪ ﻫﺎي اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻧﯿﺰ از ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ دوران ﺧﺪﻣﺖ را ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﮑﻼﺗﯽ ﻫﻤﺮاه ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﺑﺮاي ﯾﮕﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺮزي ازﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﮑﺘﻪ اي ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﺧﻼﺻﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﺑﻪ آن اﺷﺎره ﮐﺮد؛ ﻋﺪم ﺗﻌـﺎدل و ﻫﻤﺎﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﺑﺎ رﻓﻊ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻧﻬﺎ از ﻃﺮف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎي ذي رﺑﻂ ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺪم رﺿﺎﯾﺖ، ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﺮزي و اﻟﺒﺘـﻪ ﺑـﻪ دﻟﯿـﻞ ﮐﻤﺒـﻮد اﻣﮑﺎﻧـﺎت و ﭘﺸـﺘﯿﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ از اﯾﻦ ﯾﮕﺎن ﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽ ﺷﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: It seems that optimizing the conditions of military service, which is certainly in the interest of both conscripts and relevant organizations and the interests of the country; It is one of the topics that needs to be analyzed better and more accurately. In this research, an attempt has been made to first identify the problems and concerns of this segment of society and then to provide solutions to increase the productivity and satisfaction of soldiers in all parts of the country.
Method: This descriptive-analytical research was performed in one of the armed forces units. To collect the opinions of the soldiers, two separate questionnaires were provided. The sample size was obtained using Cochran's formula of 400 pieces for distribution among soldiers. Due to the large number of people in each collection, 75 questionnaires were allocated to Tehran province, 200 questionnaires were allocated to other provinces and 125 questionnaires were allocated to the border areas. In this research, using the method of hierarchical analysis process, the criteria were compared and also prioritized.
Findings: The research findings indicated that service facilities are one of the most important criteria for increasing productivity and satisfaction of soldiers. Facilities such as sanatorium, quality of nutrition, sports facilities, safe environment, etc. are all factors that make the soldier interested in the service environment; but the economic problems and concerns of the soldiers have also been one of the issues that have caused problems during their service. Also, the lowest rank was for the units of the border areas in terms of defined criteria.
Conclusion: The most important point that can be summarized as a result; There was an imbalance and coordination between the performance and duties of the soldiers and the satisfaction of their needs by the relevant organizations. Also, the greatest dissatisfaction was related to the soldiers in the border areas and, of course, due to the lack of facilities and poor support for these units.
