زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫـﺪف : ﻫﻤـﻪ ﺳـﺎﻟﻪ ﺗﻌـﺪاد ﻗﺎﺑـﻞ ﺗـﻮﺟﻬ ﯽ از ﺟﻮاﻧـﺎن ذﮐـﻮر ﮐﺸـﻮر ﺑﺮاﺑـﺮ ﺑـﺎ ﻗـﺎﻧﻮن ﺑـﻪ ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي اﻋﺰام ﮔﺸﺘﻪ و ﻫﻤﻪ آﻧﻬـﺎ در اﺑﺘـﺪاي ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺧـﻮد ﻃـﯽ ﯾـﮏ دوره آﻣـﻮزش ﻫـﺎي اوﻟﯿـﻪ ﻧﻈـﺎﻣﯽ را ﻓﺮاﻣـ ﯽ ﮔﯿﺮﻧــﺪ ﺗـﺎ ﺑــﺮاي اداﻣـﻪ ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ در ﯾﮕــﺎن ﻫـﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃــﻪ آﻣـﺎده ﺷــﻮﻧﺪ. ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ ﺳــﻌﯽ دارد ﺑــﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﺷــﯿﻮه ﻫــﺎي ﺑﻬﺒــﻮد ﺑﻬــﺮه وري دوران ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي، ازﻣﻨﻈــﺮ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان وﻇﯿﻔــﻪ ﻟﯿﺴﺎﻧﺲ و ﻓﻮق ﻟﯿﺴﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﭙﺮدازد. روش: روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ از ﻧــﻮع روش ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸــﯽ اﺳــﺖ و ﺑــﺪﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈــﻮر ﺗﻌــﺪاد 250 ﻧﻔــﺮ از ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان ﻟﯿﺴــﺎﻧﺲ و ﻓــﻮق ﻟﯿﺴــﺎﻧﺲ درﺣــﺎل ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ در ﻧﯿﺮوﻫــﺎي ﻣﺴــﻠﺢ )ارﺗــﺶ، ﺳــﭙﺎه و ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ( ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸـﺎه ﺑـﻪ ﺻـﻮرت ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ ﮔﯿـﺮي دردﺳـﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨـﺎب ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ و ﺑـﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﯾﮏ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘـﻖ ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﻧﻈـﺮات ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزان ﭘﺮداﺧﺘـﻪ ﺷـﺪ و داده ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﺎ آزﻣـﻮن ﻫـﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﺑﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار SPSS16 ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫـﺎ: ﻫﺸـﺖ ﺣﯿﻄـﻪ ﺑـﺮاي ﺑﻬﯿﻨـﻪ ﺳـﺎزي دوران ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزي در اﯾـﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﺎﯾﯽ ﺷـﺪ ﮐــﻪ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺨﺼــﺺ در ﯾﮕــﺎن ﺧــﺪﻣﺘﯽ )72%(، داﺷــﺘﻦ ﺣــﻖ اﻧﺘﺨــﺎب در ﯾﮕــﺎن ﺧــﺪﻣﺘﯽ ﻣﻮردﻋﻼﻗــﻪ )69%(، ﮐــﺎﻫﺶ ﻣــﺪت ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي )63%(، اﻓــﺰاﯾﺶ اﻣﮑﺎﻧــﺎت رﻓــﺎﻫﯽ )54%(، ﺗﻮﺟــﻪ ﺑــﻪ ﺗﺸــﻮﯾﻘﺎت و ﺗﺮﻓﯿﻌــﺎت ﻧﺴــﺒﺖ ﺑــﻪ ﺗﻨﺒﯿﻬــﺎت )48%(، ﺗﺠﺪﯾــﺪﻧﻈﺮ در ﻃﺮاﺣــﯽ ﻟﺒــﺎس ﻫــﺎي ﻧﻈــﺎﻣﯽ )45%(، ﺗﺠﺪﯾــﺪﻧﻈﺮ در دروس رزم اﻧﻔــﺮادي )37%( و ﺗﺒﻠﯿــﻎ و ﺗــﺮوﯾﺞ ﺑﻬﺘــﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨــﮓ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي )26%( ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺬاﺑﯿﺖ و ﺑﻬﺮهﻣﻨﺪي دوران ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠــﻪ ﮔﯿــﺮي: ﯾﺎﻓﺘــﻪﻫــﺎي اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣــﯽﺗﻮاﻧــﺪ در ﺑﻬﺒــﻮد ﺑﻬﯿﻨــﻪﺳــﺎزي دوران ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي ﺑــﺮاي ﻣﺘﺼــﺪﯾﺎن اﻣــﻮر ﻣــﺆﺛﺮ واﻗــﻊ ﮔــﺮدد. ﻟــﺬا ﭘﯿﺸــﻨﻬﺎد ﻣــﯽ ﺷــﻮد ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫــﺎي ﻣﺘــﻮﻟﯽ روش ﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ اﯾﺠــﺎد و ﺗﻘﻮﯾــﺖ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪﺳــﺎزي ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان را در راﺳــﺘﺎي ﺑﻬﺒــﻮد ﺑﻬــﺮه وري ﻣــﺪﻧﻈﺮ وﯾــﮋه ﻗــﺮار دﻫﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Every year, a significant number of young men in the country are sent to military service in accordance with the law, and all of them receive basic military training at the beginning of their service to prepare for further service in the relevant units. The present study tries to examine the ways to improve productivity during military service, from the perspective of undergraduate and postgraduate soldiers. Method: The method of this research is descriptive-survey method and for this purpose, 250 undergraduate and postgraduate soldiers serving in the Armed Forces (Army, IRGC and Disciplinary Command) in Kermanshah were selected by available sampling and using a questionnaire. The researcher fabricated the opinions of the soldiers and the data were analyzed by descriptive tests using SPSS16 software. Findings: Eight areas for optimizing military service were identified in this study: the use of expertise in the service unit (72%), having the right to choose in the favorite service unit (69%), reducing military service (63%), increasing facilities Welfare (54%), attention to incentives and promotions compared to punishments (48%), revision in the design of military uniforms (45%), revision in individual combat courses (37%) and better promotion and promotion of military culture (26%) ) Is related respectively to the attractiveness and usefulness of military service. Conclusion: The findings of this research can be effective in improving the optimization of military service for those in charge. Therefore, it is suggested that the responsible organizations pay special attention to different methods of creating and strengthening the empowerment of soldiers in order to improve productivity.
