بررسي تأثير ريسك زنجيره تأمين بر چابكي عملكرد با نقش ميانجي يكپارچگي زنجيره تأمين (مطالعه موردي سامانه هاي آمادي نداجا)

Investigating the effect of supply chain risk on performance agility with the mediating role of chain integrity Case study of Nedaja preparation systems

ريسك زنجيره تامين بدليل عدم قطعيت و بروز عواملي نظير مسايل سياسي، نوسانات تقاضا، تغييرات تكنولوژي، ناپايداريهاي مالي و حوادث طبيعي پديدار ميگردد. كه در همين راستا يكپارچگي زنجيره تأمين نيز درجهاي است كه توليد كننده با شركاي زنجيره تامين و به صورت گروهي فرايندهاي داخل و خارج سازمان را براي دستيابي به مزيتهاي رقابتي و كاهش ريسك اعمال نموده و با استفاده از چابكي عملكرد به انعطاف پذيري در حجم و نوع محصول و قدرت پاسخگويي به تغييرات غيرقابل پيش بيني بازار واكنش نشان ميدهد. بر اين اساس با توجه به مأموريت حساس نداجا در خصوص حضور در آبهاي فرامنطقهاي به منظور حراست از منافع ملي و شريانهاي اقتصادي كشور و اسكورت كشتيهاي تجاري و پشتيباني، آمادرساني بموقع از يگانهاي شناور و اجتناب از آسيبها و ريسكهاي احتمالي و كاهش هزينهها در فرآيند زنجيره تأمين بمنظور تداوم مأموريت هاي محوله امري لازم و ضروري است. جامعه آماري تحقيق مديران سامانههاي آمادي)روساي آمادوپش و فرماندهان پشتيباني مناطق/ پايگاههاي نداجا و مديران معاونت و فرماندهي آماد و پشتيباني نداجا( به تعداد 120 نفر ميباشد كه طبق جدول مورگان و كرجسي تعداد 92 نفر بعنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارگردآوري دادهها پرسشنامه بود كه براي يكپارچگي زنجيرهتامين از پرسشنامه استاندارد )ژائو و همكاران، 2013 ( و براي ريسك زنجيره تأمين از پرسشنامه استاندارد )ريچه و برندلي، 2012 ( و براي چابكي عملكرد از پرسشنامه استاندارد )شريفي و ژانگ، 1999 ) استفاده شده است. روايي صوري و سازه پرسشنامه مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و مقدار پايايي تركيبي براي كليه متغيرها بالاي 7 / 0 بود. نتايج حاصله از تحقيق نشان داد كه ريسك زنجيره تأمين از مسير يكپارچگي زنجيره تأمين بر چابكي عملكرد تأثير مي گذارد.

Supply chain risk arises due to uncertainty and the occurrence of factors such as political issues, demand fluctuations, technological changes, financial instabilities and natural disasters. In this regard, supply chain integration is the degree to which the manufacturer with supply chain partners and as a group apply the processes inside and outside the organization to achieve competitive advantages and reduce risk, and using performance agility to flexibility in volume and type. Productivity and responsiveness respond to unpredictable market changes. Accordingly, considering the sensitive mission of Nedaja regarding its presence in trans-regional waters in order to protect the national interests and economic arteries of the country and escort merchant and support ships, timely preparation of floating units and avoiding possible damages and risks and reducing costs in the chain process. Provision is necessary in order to continue the assigned missions. The statistical population of the research is the managers of ready systems (heads of ready and support commanders of Nedaja areas / bases and managers of deputy and ready command of Nedaja) (120 people) which according to Morgan and Krejcie table 92 people as a sample using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire for the supply chain integration of the standard questionnaire (Zhao et al., 2013 (and for the supply chain risk of the standard questionnaire); Ritchie and Brandley, 2012 (and for performance agility of the standard questionnaire); Used. The face and structure validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and the value of combined reliability for all variables was above 0.7. The results of the study showed that supply chain risk from the supply chain integration path affects performance agility.
