Strategies for the optimal use of military service in the development of the spirituality of society

زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ و ﻫــﺪف: ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان در دوران ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي ﺑــﺎ ﻣﺒﺎﺣــﺚ ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ اﻋﺘﻘــﺎدي، ﺳﯿﺎﺳــﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ آﺷـﻨ ﺎ ﻣـﯽ ﺷـﻮﻧﺪ ﮐـﻪ ﺑـﺮاي زﻧـﺪﮔﯽ آﯾﻨـﺪه ﺷـﺎن ﺑﺴـﯿﺎر ﻣﻔﯿـﺪ ﺧﻮاﻫـﺪ ﺑـﻮد ؛ اﻟﺒﺘـﻪ ﺗـﻼش ﻫـﺎي دﺷـﻤﻦ در ﺧﻨﺜـﯽ ﮐـﺮدن اﯾـﻦ اﻗــﺪاﻣﺎت ﺑـﻪ ﺧﺼـﻮص ﺣـﻮزه ﻣﻌﻨـﻮي زﯾــﺎد اﺳـﺖ و ﺑﺎﯾـﺪ در اﯾـﻦ زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي اﺳﺎﺳـﯽ در ﺧﺼـﻮص ﺷـﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺟﻨﺒـﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠـﻒ آن ﺻـﻮرت ﭘـﺬﯾﺮد ﺗـ ﺎ ﺑﺘـﻮان در زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ ﻋﻘﯿــﺪﺗﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾــﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌــﻪ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎز، ﭘﯿــﺮوز و ﺳــﺮﺑﻠﻨﺪ ﺷــﺪ. ازاﯾــﻦ رو، ﻫــﺪف اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗــﺪوﯾﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺮه ﺑﺮداري ﺑﻬﯿﻨﻪ از ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾﺖ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش: روش اﯾــﻦ ﭘــﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠــﯽ-ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑــﺎ ﺑﻬــﺮه ﮔﯿــﺮي از ﻣﻨــﺎﺑﻊ ﻣﻮﺟــﻮد در زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي و ﭼﮕــﻮﻧﮕﯽ ﺗﻮﺳــﻌﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾــﺖ در ﺑــﯿﻦ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان در ﮐﺸــﻮر، ﺑــﻪ وﺳــﯿﻠﻪ ﻧﻈﺮﺧــﻮاﻫﯽ و ﻣﺼــﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑــﺎ ﻣــﺮدم، ﻣﺴــﺌﻮﻻن و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳــﺎن و ﻧﯿــﺰ ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ ﻫﻤــﻪ ﺟﺎﻧﺒــﻪ ﺑــﺎ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿــﻞ SWOT ، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫــﺎي اﺳﺎﺳﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺟﺬب ﺣﺪاﮐﺜﺮي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﺑﻪ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻣﻌﻨﻮي در ﮐﺸﻮر ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘــﻪ ﻫــﺎ: ﻣﻬــﻢ ﺗــﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﻄــﻪ ﻗــﻮت در زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﺑﻬــﺮه ﺑــﺮداري ﺑﻬﯿﻨــﻪ از ﺧــﺪﻣﺖ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزي در ﮔﺴــﺘﺮش ﻣﻌﻨﻮﯾــﺖ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌــﻪ، وﺟــﻮد ﺗﻌــﺪاد ﮐﺜﯿــﺮ ﭘﺎدﮔــﺎن ﻫــﺎ و ﻣﺮاﮐــﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕــﯽ و ﻣــﺬﻫﺒﯽ آﻧﻬــﺎ در ﮐﺸــﻮر ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ ﮐــﻪ ﺑـ ﺎ ﺑﻬـﺮه ﻣﻨــﺪ ﺷـﺪن از اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز وزﻧــﯽ 0/64 در ﺟﺎﯾﮕـﺎه ﻧﺨﺴـﺖ ﻣــﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ و ﻓﻘـﺪان ﮐــﺎر ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ در اﯾـﻦ زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ ﺑـ ﺎ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز وزﻧـﯽ 0/4 در ﺟﺎﯾﮕـﺎه ﻧﺨﺴـﺖ ﺿـﻌﻒ ﻫـﺎ ، ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣﺴـﺎﺋﻞ روز ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان در ﻗﺎﻟــﺐ اﻧﺪﯾﺸــﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﻣﻌﻨــﻮي ﺑــﻪ ﺧﺼــﻮص در اﻣــﺮ ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان و اﺳــﺘﺨﺮاج آﻧﻬــﺎ و اﻧﺪﯾﺸﯿﺪن ﺗﺪﺑﯿﺮي در اﯾـﻦ زﻣﯿﻨـﻪ ﺑـ ﺎ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز وزﻧـﯽ 0/6 ﺑـﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز وزﻧـﯽ ﻓﺮﺻـﺖ ﻫـﺎي ﻣﻮﺟـﻮد را داﺷــﺘﻪ اﺳــﺖ و ﻧﺪاﺷــﺘﻦ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣــﻪ رﯾــﺰي راﻫﺒــﺮدي، ﺟــﺬاب و رﻗــﺎﺑﺘﯽ در ﺑﺮاﺑــﺮ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣــﻪ ﻫــﺎي ﺟــﺬاب دﺷﻤﻨﺎن ﺑﺮاي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان ﺑﺎ اﻣﺘﯿﺎز وزﻧﯽ 0/52 در ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﻧﺨﺴﺖ ﺗﻬﺪﯾﺪﻫﺎ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠــﻪ ﮔﯿــﺮي: ﻣﻬــﻢ ﺗــﺮﯾﻦ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫــﺎﯾﯽ ﮐــﻪ در اﯾــﻦ زﻣﯿﻨــﻪ ﻣــﯽ ﺗــﻮان ﻧﮕﺎﺷــﺖ ﻋﺒــﺎرت اﻧــﺪ از: اﯾﺠــﺎد ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰي و ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺎﺳـﯽ ﺑـﺮاي ﺑﻬـﺮه ﺑـﺮداري ﺑﻬﯿﻨـﻪ از ﺗﻌـﺪد ﭘﺎدﮔـﺎن ﻫـ ﺎ و ﻣﺮاﮐـﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕـﯽ و ﻣـﺬﻫﺒﯽ ﻣﺮﺑـﻮط در راﺳــﺘﺎي ﺣﻀــﻮر ﺷــﺎداب ﺳــﺮﺑﺎزان در ﻣﺒﺎﺣــﺚ ﻣﻌﻨــﻮي و ﭘــﯿﺶ ﻗــﺪم ﺷــﺪن آﻧﻬــﺎ، ﺗــﻼش اﺳﺎﺳــﯽ ﻣﺤﻠــﯽ و ﻣﻠــﯽ در راﺳــﺘﺎي ﺗﺒﯿــﯿﻦ ﻣﺴــﺎﺋﻞ اﺳﺎﺳــﯽ ﺑــﻪ روز در ﻣــﺘﻦ ﻣــﺪارك و ﻣﺴــﺘﻨﺪات ﻣﻌﻨــﻮي و اراﺋــﻪ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ آن در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ و ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﯾﮏ ﺳـﻨﺪ ﭼﺸـﻢ اﻧـﺪاز ﻣﺤﻠـﯽ و ﻣﻠـﯽ و ﺑﻬـﺮه ﮔﯿـﺮي از رﺳـﺎﻧﻪ ﻫـﺎي ﻧـﻮﯾﻦ ﺑـﺮاي ﻣﺒﺎرزه ﺑﺎ ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻢ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ دﺷﻤﻨﺎن ﻋﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﻮي در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان

Background and Aim: During their military service, soldiers become acquainted with various religious, political and cultural topics that will be very useful for their future lives; Of course, the enemy's efforts are many to neutralize these actions, especially in the spiritual field and in this field, basic planning and knowledge of its various aspects must be done in order to be victorious and proud in the ideological field and spirituality of the military community. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a strategy for the optimal use of military service in developing the spirituality of society. Method: The method of this research is analytical-descriptive and using the available resources in the field of military service and how to develop spirituality among soldiers in the country, through opinion polls and interviews with people, officials and experts and also a comprehensive review by SWOT analysis of basic strategies to attract The maximum number of soldiers was determined for spiritual issues in the country. Findings: The most important strength in the field of optimal use of military service in the development of spirituality in society is the existence of a large number of barracks and cultural centers in the country, which is in the first place with a weight score of 0.64 and lack of basic cultural work in this area. With a weight score of 0.4 in the first place of weaknesses, paying attention to the well-being of soldiers in the form of spiritual thoughts, especially in the matter of soldiers and their extraction and thinking of a plan in this regard with a weight score of 0.6 has the highest weight score of opportunities and lack of planning Strategic, attractive and competitive against the enemy's attractive plans for soldiers with a weight score of 0.52 was in the first place of threats. Conclusion: The most important strategies that can be presented in this field are: creating a basic planning and structure for the optimal use of the number of barracks and cultural centers in order to have a vibrant presence of soldiers in spiritual issues and their initiative, basic local and national efforts to explain issues. Basically updating the text of spiritual documents and presenting and compiling it in the community and compiling a local and national vision document and using new media to fight the cultural invasion of the enemies against cultural and spiritual issues among the soldiers.
