Higher education in the corona virus era in Iran and the world

در دوران همه‌گيري كرونا نظام آموزش عالي همه كشورها ازجمله ايران تحت تأثير بحران قرار گرفتند. طولاني شدن دوره زماني همه‌گيري كرونا موجب شد كه دانشگاه‌هاي كشورهاي مختلف ناچار شوند راهكارهايي جهت تداوم فعاليت آموزشي خود اتخاذ نمايند. متداول‌ترين راهكار دانشگاه‌ها در مواجه با بحران، جايگزين‌كردن آموزش‌هاي الكترونيكي به‌جاي آموزش‌هاي حضوري بود. تغيير در شيوه آموزش، پيامدهايي را براي نظام آموزش عالي كشورها به همراه داشت و فرصت‌ها و مشكلاتي را براي دانشگاه‌ها ايجاد نمود. هدف پژوهش حاضر آن است كه فرصت‌ها، آسيب‌ها و چالش‌هاي ناشي از همه‌گيري مزبور بر آموزش عالي ايران و ساير كشورها را بررسي و با استفاده از نتايج آن راهكارهايي براي مقابله با بحران‌هاي بعدي پيشنهاد نمايد. پژوهش حاضر به روش تحليل محتواي اسناد انجام‌شده است. شيوۀ گردآوري اطلاعات كتابخانه‌اي و روش تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌ها به روش توصيفي اسنادي مي‌باشد. نتايج بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهد كه چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي آموزش الكترونيكي در ايران و ساير كشورها تقريباً همانند هم بوده و راهكارهايي كه در ايران براي مواجهه با بحران اتخاذشده با ساير كشورها مشابهت زيادي دارد. همچنين بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهد دانشگاه‌ها باوجود مشكلات موجود در آموزش‌هاي الكترونيكي، بايد از منافع اين‌گونه آموزش‌ها بهره‌مند شده و آموزش‌هاي تركيبي حضوري و غيرحضوري را در سياست‌گذاري‌هاي آينده دنبال گردد.

During the Corona epidemic, the higher education system of all countries, including Iran, was affected by the crisis. The prolongation of the time period of the corona epidemic caused the universities of the all countries to adopt strategies to continue their educational activities. The most common solution of universities in facing this crisis was to replace electronic trainings instead of face-to-face trainings. Obviously, the change in the way of education brought consequences for the higher education system of countries and created opportunities and problems for universities. The aim of the current research is to examine the opportunities, harms and challenges caused by the Corona epidemic on higher education in Iran and the other countries and using the results to propose solutions to deal with the next crises. The present research was done by document content analysis. The method of collecting is library information and the method of data analysis is descriptive-documentary. The results of the surveys show that the challenges and opportunities of electronic education in Iran and other countries are almost the same and the solutions adopted in Iran to face the crisis are very similar to other countries. Also, studies show that despite the problems in electronic education, universities should benefit from the benefits of such education and pursue combined face-to-face and electronic trainings in their future policies.
