Identifying and Prioritizing of the Practical Challenges and Solutions of Pro-Environmental Behavior of Greenhouse Cucumber Growers in Tarand District

مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسايي و اولويت‌­بندي چالش­ها و راهكارهاي رفتار محيط­زيستي 120 گلخانه‌­دار خيار دهستان طارند با بهره­‌گيري از تكنيك دلفي در طي دو مرحله به اجرا درآمده است. يافته­‌ها نشان داده است كه استفاده­‌ بي­‌رويه از نهاده­‌هاي شيميايي به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين چالش رفتار محيط­زيستي گلخانه­‌داران شناخته شده است و مواردي چون استفاده از پوشش‌­هاي پلاستيكي يك‌بارمصرف؛ دفع غيربهداشتي و بازيافت نامناسب پسماند؛ و استفاده از گازوئيل براي گرمايش گلخانه به ترتيب در جايگاه­‌هاي بعدي از اين نظر قرار گرفتند. به‌علاوه نتايج نشان داده است كه براي مقابله با اين چالش‌­ها، در ابتدا بايستي در جهت تبيين خطرات كاربرد نهاده­هاي شيميايي؛ معرفي نهاده­‌هاي جايگزين سازگار با محيط‌زيست؛ آموزش و ترغيب به تفكيك، بازيافت و دفع بهداشتي پسماند؛ و آموزش و تشويق به استفاده از انرژي خورشيدي و ديگر انرژي‌­هاي پاك گام برداشت. در گام بعدي، يعني بعد از ارتقاي سطح آگاهي محيط­زيستي گلخانه­‌داران، براي اجرايي شدن آموزش­هاي ارائه‌شده بايستي مواردي چون حمايت­‌هاي مالي و اعتباري؛ تسهيل دسترسي به نهاده­‌ها، تجهيزات و فناوري­‌هاي سازگار با محيط‌زيست؛ و وضع قوانين محيط­زيستي در كانون توجه سياستمداران و متوليان امر قرار گيرد.

This study was conducted to identify and prioritize the challenges and Solutions of pro-environmental behavior of 120 greenhouse cucumber growers in Tarand district through Delphi technique during two rounds. Findings showed that the overuse of chemical inputs was recognized as the most important pro-environmental behavior challenge. Furthermore, using disposable plastic coatings, improper waste management, and using diesel were the important pro-environmental challenges, respectively. In addition, the results showed that to address these challenges, first the adverse impacts of using chemical inputs must be explained; Eco-friendly alternative inputs should be introduced; the separation, recycling and proper disposal of waste should be trained and encouraged; and finally the use of solar and other clean types of energy need to be trained and encouraged. Next, after raising the level of environmental awareness of farmers, in order to implement the training provided, financial and credit support; access to Eco-friendly inputs, equipment and technologies; and the development of environmental laws should be the focus of politicians and those who are in charge.
