چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر، به دنبال واكاوي كيفي تجربۀ كودك‌همسري در بين زنان جداشده از همسر در شهر كرمان است. هدف پژوهش، رسيدن به مدل پارادايمي بر اساس برداشت‌هاي ذهني و تفاسير كنشگران از پديدۀ كودك‌همسري در بين زناني است كه از همسر خود جداشده‌اند. اين پژوهش با روش نظريهٔ زمينه‌اي انجام شده است. مشاركت‌كنندگان با استفاده از شيوۀ نمونه‌گيري هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. بر مبناي اصل اشباع نظري، با 14 نفر از زنان مطلقهٔ شهر كرمان كه در سن كمتر از هجده‌سالگي ازدواج كرده بودند مصاحبه شد. مقوله‌هاي به‌دست‌آمده عبارت‌اند از نبود خانواده به‌عنوان پناهگاهي امن، ضعف قوانين در ازدواج، فقر و تنگدستي، پدرسالاري و استيلاي قدرت پدر، سنت‌ها و باروهاي مذهبي و فرهنگي، نداشتن درك روشن از هويت خود، دردمندي روحي و جسمي، تجربۀ خشونت، ناتواني در مسئوليت‌هاي زناشويي، بي‌قدرتي و ناتواني در تصميم‌گيري، بي‌علاقگي به زندگي مشترك، ترك و طلاق. مقولۀ هسته بازانديشي «خود» در جداشدن از زندگي زودهنگام كودكانه است.
چكيده لاتين :
This study aims to perform a study exploring the experience of Child Marriage among divorcees in Kerman City based on a qualitative approach. The objective of this study is defined as finding a paradigm according to activists’ attitudes and interpretations toward Child Marriage, among divorcees. Participants are chosen by using purposive sampling and it is based on the theoretical saturation principle including 14 divorcees in Kerman City who got married under 18, and in this research Grounded Theory is used as the methodology of the study. Some categories which were found are as follow : not having a family to support, weak marriage laws, poverty, patriarchy, paternal authority, customs, religious and cultural beliefs, not having a clear understanding of the identity, being mentally and physically hurt, having the experience o f violence, inability to share responsibilities, being powerless and unable to make a decision, not being interested in marriage and family life, separation and divorce ; and the core category is rethinking about “self” in the early separation of the child.
