راهبردهاي فقه سياسي براي حفظ و استمرار جوامع شيعي(از ديدگاه امام خميني (ره)

Strategies of Political Jurisprudence for the Protection and Duration of Shiite Societies (from the Point of View of Imam Khomeini (R))

مسئله حفظ و استمرار جوامع شيعي همواره به عنوان يك دغدغه نزد ائمه عليهم السلام و زعماي شيعه مطرح بوده است؛ پژوهش حاضر با هدف كشف «راهبردهاي فقه سياسي براي حفظ و استمرار جوامع شيعي» از ديدگاه امام خميني ره به روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي و مطالعات كتابخانه اي، پژوهشي نو به شمار مي­آيد؛ الگوي حكومت مستنبط از منهج فقهي امام خميني ره كه برآمده از تجربه عملي و تراث علمي جامعه شيعه در طول قرون متمادي بوده است، به الگويي جهت حفظ و استمرار جامعه شيعه بدل شد؛ ايشان در سايه ضرورت تشكيل حكومت اسلامي ـ مبتني بر نظريه ولايت فقيه به عنوان كلان ايده محافظت كننده و استمرار بخش جامعه شيعه ـ به طراحي راهبردهاي متنوعي از جمله قيام براي تشكيل حكومت ديني، تحول در اجتهاد، تقنين هويت و نظام سازي روي آوردند و الگوي الهام بخش براي حفظ و استمرار ديگر جوامع شيعي را معرفي نمودند.

The issue of protection and duration of Shia communities has always been Imams and Shia leaders` concern. The current research, aiming to discover "strategies of political jurisprudence for the protection and duration of Shiite societies" from the perspective of Imam Khomeini through a descriptive-analytical method and library-based studies, is a new research. The model of government, having been derived from Imam Khomeini's jurisprudence and as an out-come of the practical experience and scientific heritage of the Shia community over many centuries, became a model for the protection and duration of the Shia community. In the shadow of the necessity of forming an Islamic government - based on the theory of faqih gaurdianship as the grand idea of ​​protection and continuity of the Shia society - they turned to designing various strategies, including uprising to form a religious government, transformation in ijtihad, identity legislation and system building, and gave an inspiring model for protection and duration of other Shia communities.
