صنعت كشاورزي در عين تأمين زنجيره غذاي كشورها، مي تواند منشأ خطرات احتمالي آسيب زايي به سلامت و ايمني مردم نيز شود.گستره بالقوه ناشي از بيوتروريسم كشاورزي پيامد هاي امنيتي را به دنبال دارد..مقابله با بيوتروريسم كشاورزي با اتخاذِ راهبردهاي افتراقي و تصويب قوانين خاص در برخي كشورها جلوه گر شده است.مصاديقي از بيوتروريسم كشاورزي، موضوع برخي وصف گذاري هاي مجرمانه و پاسخ هاي سركوبگرانه ي سياست كيفري ايران قرار گرفته است. بيوتروريسم كشاورزي مبتني بر علم و دانش بشري و تاثير گذار بر حوزه هاي سلامت،امنيت و بهداشت عمومي مي باشد.از جمله راهكارهاي پيشنهادي جهت كاهش تهديدات بيوتروريسم كشاورزي، تشديد مجازاتها، شناسايي مسئوليت كيفري براي اشخاص حقوقي ايجاد كننده تهديدات زيستي،ايجاد و تقويت نهادهاي نظارتي مدرن و پيشرفته مي باشند.مقاله حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به اين پرسش اساسي است كه سياست كيفري مطلوب در قبال بيوتروريسم كشاورزي كدام است؟نتيجه اينكه ظهور و تجلي شقوق مختلفه بيوتروريسم در قرائت نوين آن امكان پاسخگويي با قوانين پراكنده حاضر را نيافته است.تصويب قانوني جامع در اين زمينه ضرورتي جدي در حقوق كيفري ايران خواهد بود. تحقيق حاضر از نظر نوع و هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش، توصيفي بوده كه با جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق بررسي اسنادي و فيش برداري و رجوع به سايت ها و مقالات متعدد به رشته تحرير درآمده است.

Agricultural bioterrorism is based on human science and knowledge and affects the fields of health, safety and public health. Among the proposed solutions to reduce the threat of agricultural bioterrorism, intensify penalties, identify criminal liability for legal entities that cause bio-threats, create and strengthen modern and advanced regulatory bodies The present article seeks to answer the basic question of what is the desired criminal policy against agricultural bioterrorism? The result is that the emergence and manifestation of various branches of bioterrorism in its new reading has not been able to respond to the current scattered laws. The adoption of a comprehensive law in this area will be a serious necessity in Iranian criminal law. The present research is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive in terms of nature and method, which has been written by collecting information through documentary review and taking notes and referring to various sites and articles.
