Criteria Affecting the Preservation of the Authenticity in Restoration of Sadaghiani’s House in Tabriz

گواهي تاريخي بودن آثار و بناهاي تاريخي بر اصالت استوار است؛ اگر بازآفريني اثر بر پايه حفظ اصالت اثر صورت نگيرد هويت تاريخي آن خدشه دار مي گردد و ديگر نمي توان آن را يك اثر تاريخي دانست؛ از اين رو در جريان بازآفريني بناهاي تاريخي از جمله، خانه صدقياني تبريز -از دوره قاجار و پهلوي- در نظر گرفتن شاخص هاي تأثيرگذارِ اصالت بخش، لازم و ضروري به نظر مي رسد. سوال تحقيق: مولفه هاي بازشناخت اصالت در حوزه مرمت از ميراث فرهنگي و شاخص‌هاي تأثيرگذارِ حفظ اصالت در بازآفريني خانه صدقياني تبريز كدام است؟ هدف تحقيق: پژوهش حاضر از طريق بازخواني و واكاوي اسناد و منشورهاي بين‌المللي و ديدگاه‌هاي صاحب‌نظران در پي دست يافتن به سطحي از شناخت و تعيين وجوه و ابعاد اصليِ اصالت در مرمت اثر و ارزيابي و بررسي آن در بازآفريني خانه صدقياني تبريز مي باشد. روش تحقيق: روش تحقيق از نوع تحقيق كاربردي و به صورت كيفي و راهبرد تحليل‌محتوا بوده و در دو بخش كلي ادبيات نظري و پيمايش‌هاي ميداني انجام يافته است. در بخش ادبيات نظري با استفاده از گردآوري اطلاعات به روش كتابخانه‌اي و اسنادي در جهت واكاوي موضوع اصالت در بازآفريني بناهاي تاريخي، اطلاعات مربوط به بنيان‌هاي نظري تحقيق با مطالعه منابع متعدد به دست آمده و شاخص هاي اصالت بخش، از طريق بازخواني و واكاوي اسناد و كنوانسيون هاي بين المللي در كنار بررسي ديدگاه‌هاي صاحب‌نظران جمع بندي گرديد. در ادامه با انتخاب خانه تاريخي صدقياني تبريز بعنوان نمونه موردي، حفظ اصالت اثر در جريان بازآفريني آن، مورد تطبيق با شاخص هاي بدست آمده مباني نظري قرار گرفت. نتيجه گيري: مولفه هاي هشت گانه اصالت در تطبيق تحليليِ شاخص هاي اصالت در بازآفريني بناهاي تاريخي، استخراج و در فرايند بازآفريني خانه تاريخي صدقياني تبريز مورد بررسي قرار گرفت.

Problem Statement: Evidence of history and protection of historical monuments is based on authenticity; if the revival of the monuments is not based on the preservation of its originality, the historical identity of monuments has been damaged and it can no longer be considered historical. Therefore, In the process of restoration the authenticity of the work should be one of the priorities of the project executors. Sadaghiani House belongs to Qajar and Pahlavi period. The buildings and spaces of this historic complex have changed over time, and parts of it have been separated or destroyed, which needed to be rebuilt for re-use. Research question: What are the effective and authentic indicators in the restoration of Sadeghiani historical house in Tabriz? Scopes of study: Regarding to the damages and changes in the structure of the Sadaghiani House due to disproportionate urban development and impacts of war and lack of proper preservation during the reconstruction process, This monument required intervention to change the physical structure of some parts of the house. Methodology: The research method is applied research which has been done by qualitative research method and content analysis strategy and has been done in two general sections of literature review and field surveys. The literature review was done by studying documents and historical images to recreate the building in order to investigate the issue of authenticity. The reason for choosing Sadaghiani House is due to many destructions during the urban development and the effort to change the use and recreate the destroyed parts by the executors. Conclusion: What results from the analysis of the authenticity indicators of this house in 5 restoration periods, Despite major renovations and physical restructuring in parts of the building, Considering the indicators of apparent intact (form), stability of symbolic values,
