The Impact of Leadership and Management on the Development of Entrepreneurial Capacities and Innovation

در اين پژوهش قصد بر اين است تا نقش رهبري و مديريت در توسعه ظرفيت‌هاي كارآفريني و نوآوري در مراكز فرهنگي و هنري بررسي شود. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مراكز فرهنگي و هنري در استان اصفهان است؛ و نمونه آماري كليه مديران و كاركنان مراكز فرهنگي و هنري كه بر اساس جدول مورگان 341 نفر به دست آمد براي اندازه‌گيري متغيرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد كه به روش نمونه‌‌گيري در دسترس ميان مديران و كاركنان مراكز فرهنگي و هنري توزيع و جمع‌آوري گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه به‌صورت تشخيصي، همگرا و واگرا و پايايي پرسشنامه نيز با ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي شد. آزمون مدل پژوهش بر اساس روش معادلات ساختاري و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ليزرل صورت گرفت. نتايج نشان داد كه رهبري بر توسعه ظرفيت‌هاي كارآفريني تاثير معناداري دارد؛ مديريت بر توسعه ظرفيت‌هاي كارافريني تأثير معناداري دارد؛ رهبري بر نوآوري تاثير معني داري دارد و درنهايت تأثير مثبت معنادار مديريت بر نوآوري تأييد شد.

In this study, the role of leadership and management in the development of entrepreneurial and innovation capacities in cultural and artistic centers is investigated. The statistical population includes all cultural and artistic centers in Isfahan province; Statistical sample of all managers and staff of cultural and artistic centers, which was obtained based on Morgan table of 341 people, a standard questionnaire was used to measure variables, which was distributed and collected among managers and staff of cultural and artistic centers by available sampling method. The validity of the questionnaire was diagnostic, convergent and divergent and the reliability of the questionnaire was assessed with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The research model was tested based on the structural equation method using LISREL software. The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the development of entrepreneurial capacity; Management has a significant impact on the development of entrepreneurial capacity; Leadership has a significant effect on innovation and finally the significant positive effect of management on innovation was confirmed.
