بررسي تطبيقي عناصر برنامه درسي مراكز تربيت معلم ايران و هند

A Comparative Study on Iranian and Indian Elements of Curriculum of Teacher Education systems

هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسي تطبيقي عناصر برنامه درسي مراكز تربيت معلم ايران و هند است. روش اين پژوهش تطبيقي (مقايسه اي) و بر اساس الگوي چهارگانه بردي (Brady) است كه چهار مرحله توصيف، تفسير، همجواري و مقايسه را در مطالعات تطبيقي مشخص مي كند. اطلاعات مورد نياز براي پاسخگويي به پرسش هاي اين پژوهش از طريق اسناد و مدارك كتابخانه اي، گزارش هاي تحقيقي، دانشنامه و اساسنامه دانشگاه ها و جستجو در سايت هاي وزارت تحقيقات هر دو كشورگردآوري شده است. نمونه هاي مورد نظر اين پژوهش، دو كشور هند و ايران هستند كه بر اساس روش نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شده اند. نتايج به دست آمده در اين مقاله حاكي از اختلاف معنادار و تفاوت اساسي بين برنامه درسي تربيت معلم اين دو كشور در حوزه هاي اهداف، محتوا، فرايند ياددهي- يادگيري، ارزشيابي، كارورزي و فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات است.

The aim of this research is a comparative study of elements of Curriculum of teacher training centers in India and Iran. The method of the research is comparative, and based on model of Brady that comprised of four stages including description, interpretation, proximity, and comparison in comparative studies. Data collected through documents and library documents and research reports, encyclopedias, and statutes of universities, searches on the World Wide Web, have been compiled from the websites of the Ministry of Research of the countries under study. The sample of this study is India and Iran, which are selected on the basis of targeted sampling method. The results showed that there is a significant difference between the curriculum of Teacher Education between Iran and India in the areas of goals, content, learning teaching process, learning, evaluation, training, information and communication technology (ICT).
