بررسي عوامل و زمينه‌هاي مؤثر بر امكان ظهوردوباره داعش در عراق

Investigating the Factors and Contexts Influencing the Re-emergence of ISIS in Iraq

تروريسم يكي از ‌‌‌تهديدات بزرگ دنيا در قرن بيست و يكم است كه با استفاده از روش‌هاي متنوع، همچون اقدامات مسلحانه، تبليغات كاذب رسانه‌اي و نفوذ در عقايد و ارزش‌هاي جامعه مي‌تواند؛ باعث اخلال در نظم و امنيت جامعه مورد نظر شود. جريان‌ تروريستي داعش، يكي از مهمترين دغدغه‌هاي جهاني و تهديد بزرگ منطقه‌اي، به خصوص در كشور عراق است. علي‌رغم شكست اين گروه در عراق، اما هيچگاه نمي‌توان از ظهور مجدد اين گروه تروريستي غافل شد. بايد در نظر داشت با وجود بحران‌هايِ مختلف اجتماعي، سياسي و اقتصادي در عراق، ممكن است به مانند گذشته زمينه و فرصت براي ظهور دوباره اين گروه تروريستي فراهم شود. لذا سوال اصلي اين مقاله اين است كه: «آيا علي‌رغم نابودي داعش، امكان ظهور مجدد آن در كشور عراق وجود دارد؟» هدف اين پژوهش نيز «شناخت و بررسي مهمترين عواملِ زمينه ساز ظهور مجدد داعش، در بستر بحران‌‌هاي سياسي، امنيتي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي عراق است.» در اين پژوهش از روش تحقيقِ توصيفي _تحليلي استفاده شده است و نتيجه كلي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد؛ ادامه‌يِ بحران‌هاي مختلف سياسي، اجتماعي، اقتصادي و امنيتي در عراق، مي‌توانند زمينه‌يِ ظهور مجدد داعش را در اين كشور فراهم آورند.

Terrorism is one of the great threats to the world in the 21st century, which can be exploited through a variety of methods, such as armed action, false media propaganda, and influencing the beliefs and values of society; disrupting the order and security of the community. The terrorist current of ISIS is one of the most important global concerns and a major regional threat, especially in Iraq. Despite the defeat of this group in Iraq, the re-emergence of this terrorist group can never be ignored. It should be borne in mind that despite various social, political and economic crises in Iraq, the ground and opportunity for the re-emergence of this terrorist group may be provided as in the past. Therefore, the main question of this article is: "Is it possible for ISIS to reappear in Iraq, despite its destruction?" The purpose of this study is to "identify and study the most important factors underlying the re-emergence of ISIS in the context of political, security, economic and social crises in Iraq." In this research, descriptive-analytical research method has been used and the general result of the research shows; The continuation of various political, social, economic and security crises in Iraq could pave the way for the re-emergence of ISIS in this country.
