Provide a productivity model for faculty members: a grounded theory

در پژوهش حاضر به ارائه الگوي بهره‌وري اعضاي هيات علمي منطقه هشت دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي پرداخته شده است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر اهداف؛ كاربردي و از نظر داده كيفي و از نظر ماهيت و نوع مطالعه داده بنياد نوظهور است . جامعه آماري مورد نظر پژوهش حاضر را شامل كليه خبرگان حوزه مربوطه تشكيل مي دهد كه براساس روش نمونه گيري آگاهانه از نوع هدفمند گلوله برفي و اشباع نظري تعداد 20نفر خبره حجم نمونه را شامل مي شود.. ابزار سنجش پژوهش حاضر را يك فرم مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته تشكيل داد .كه در آن ، ابعاد، مؤلفه ها و شاخص هاي الگوي بهره‌وري اعضاي هيات علمي تنظيم شد.براي فرم مصاحبه مذكور ابتدا كليه الگوها، يافته ها، مطالعات و تئوري هاي ملي وجهاني بررسي شده و سپس توسط كد گذاري باز، شاخص ها احصا شدند و بعدتوسط كدگذاري محوري،در قالب ابعاد،مولفه ها وشاخص ها مقوله بندي شد . براي 20نفر از خبرگان حوزه مربوطه ارسال وبه مدد كد گذاري انتخابي از طريق مصاحبه ،فن دلفي وبارش فكري بر روي خبرگان اجرا و اين روند تا اشباع نظري استمرار داشت..پس از تاييد نهايي واولويت بندي خبرگان در خصوص ابعاد،مولفه ها وشاخص هاي سازنده الگوي مذكور اين مهم در قالب يك الگو ترسيم، ومجددا الگوي مذكور توسط خبرگان اعتبار يابي شد.روش تجزيه وتحليل داده ها كيفي بوده ودر نهايت 5بعد،13مولفه و102شاخص نهايي گرديد.

In the present study, the productivity model of the faculty members of region eight of the Islamic Azad University has been presented. The method of the present study in terms of objectives; It is practical and qualitative in terms of data and emerging in terms of the nature and type of data study. The statistical population of the present study includes all experts in the relevant field, which is based on the method of conscious sampling of targeted snowballs and theoretical saturation of 20 experts in the sample size. The measurement tool of the present study was a semi-structured interview form, in which the dimensions, components and indicators of the productivity model of faculty members were adjusted. For the interview form, first all the models, findings, studies and National and global theories were examined and then indexes were calculated by open coding and then by axial coding, they were categorized in terms of dimensions, components and indicators. For 20 experts in the relevant field and sent with the help of selective coding through interviews, Delphi technique and intellectual rain on the experts and this process continued until the theoretical saturation After the final approval and prioritization of experts regarding the dimensions, components and indicators of the model, this important issue was drawn in the form of a model, and the model was validated by experts again. The data analysis method was qualitative and finally 5 dimensions, 13 components and 102 indicators were finalized.
