ارائه مدل مفهومي شناسايي مديريت داده‌هاي پژوهشي در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي قطب 7

Presenting a conceptual model for identifying research data management in the libraries of Qutb 7 medical universities

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي ابعاد و مولفه هائي چند از مديريت داده هاي پژوهشي در كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي قطب 7؛ بررسي وضعيت موجود و ارائه يك مدل مفهومي انجام شد. روش تحقيق: پژوهش حاضر يك مطالعه تلفيقي با استفاده از رويكرد دلفي است كه در 3 مرحله انجام گرديد. جامعه آماري پژوهش خبرگان كتابخانه هاي دانشگاهي قطب 7 كشور بودند؛ براي تعيين پايايي و اعتبار ابزار اندازه گيري نيز از آلفاي كرونباخ، و روايي محتوايي استفاده شد. در تجزيه و تحليل داده هاي كيفي از روش داده بنياد و داده هاي كمي از شاخص هاي توصيفي، برازش و تحليل عاملي تاييدي استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: ميانگين بارهاي‌ عاملي مولفه هاي مديريت داده بالاتر از 8/0و قابل ‌قبول بوده است. با اطمينان 99 درصد، نكوئي برازش مدل‌هاي اندازه‌گيري مؤلفه‌هاي 12گانه (زيرساختهاي داده؛ نقش نظارتي؛ استفاده مجدد؛ بودجه؛ سازماندهي؛ خدمات اطلاعاتي؛ اشتراك‌گذاري؛ آموزش و به‌روزرساني؛ توزيع و انتشار؛ سياست‌گذاري؛ ذخيره و نگهداري؛ حفاظت محتواي داده‌ها) تاييد شد. نتايج آزمون t در بخش‌كمي نشان داد كه بين وضعيت ‌مطلوب و موجود مديريت داده در كتابخانه‌هاي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي قطب7، تفاوت معناداري (50/80= t-value) وجود داشته و وضعيت موجود نسبت به مطلوب در حد پايين‌تر از متوسط بوده است. نتايج كلي پژوهش حاكي از آن است كه مقوله محوري مطالعه حاضر مشتمل بر 12 بعد و 38 مولفه است كه با توجه به شرايط علي، زمينه اي و ميانجي، مهمترين آنها مورد بررسي قرار گرفت و راهبردهاي تدوين و مدل نهايي بر اساس آن ارائه شده است.

Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study was to identify several dimensions and components of research data management in Qutb 7 academic libraries; Examining the current situation and presenting a conceptual model was performed. Methods: The present study is a combined study using the Delphi approach that was conducted in three stages. The statistical population of the study was the experts of university libraries in 7 countries; Cronbach's alpha and content validity were used to determine the reliability and validity of the measurement tool. In the analysis of qualitative data, the foundation data method and quantitative data from descriptive indices, fit and confirmatory factor analysis were used. Results: The average factor loads of data management components were higher than 0.8 and acceptable. 99% confidence, good fit of 12-component measurement models (data infrastructure; regulatory role; reuse; budget; organization; information services; sharing; training and updating; distribution & dissemination; policy-making; Confirmed. The results of t-test in a small part showed that there was a significant difference (t-value = 80.50) between the desired and existing status of data management in the libraries of Qutb 7 medical universities and the current status was lower than average. The general results of the research indicate that the central category of the present study consists of 12 dimensions and 38 components, the most important of which were examined according to the causal, contextual and mediating conditions, and the development strategies and the final model based on it are presented.
