بررسي ميزان رضايتمندي دانشجويان از كيفيت آموزش و تدريس اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل

Survey of Students' Satisfaction with the Quality of Education and Teaching of Professors of Ardabil Farhangian University

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ميزان رضايت دانشجويان از كيفيت آموزش و تدريس اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل صورت گرفته است. اين پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش شامل كليه دانشجويان (509=N) دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل مشغول به تحصيل در سال تحصيلي 1398- 1397 بودند كه به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه اي تعداد 219 نفر (89 دختر و 130 پسر) براساس جدول مورگان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته كيفيت تدريس اساتيد استفاده شد كه پايايي آن 91/. بدست آمد. براي تحليل و تجزيه داده ها از آزمون T تك نمونه اي، آزمون آنوا و آزمون رتبه بندي فريدمن استفاده شد. نتايج به دست آمده نشان داد كه ميانگين رضايت مندي دانشجويان از كيفيت تدريس و مولفه هاي آن در اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان اردبيل بيشتر از حد متوسط است. همچنين نتايج به دست آمده از رتبه بندي آزمون فريدمن نشان داد كه در ميان ابعاد مختلف كيفيت تدريس اساتيد دانشگاه، رضايتمندي دانشجويان در بعد رعايت مسايل اخلاقي در آموزش و تدريس، بعد مهارت هاي تدريس و نيز بعد تسلط بر محتوا، به ترتيب در رتبه اول تا سوم قرار داشتند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of students' satisfaction with the quality of education and teaching of professors at Ardabil Farhangian University. This research has been used in terms of applied purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of the study included all students (N = 509) of Ardabil Farhangian University studying in the academic year 2018- 2019 who were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling of 219 people (89 girls and 130 boys) based on Morgan table. A researcher-made questionnaire on the quality of teachers' teaching was used to collect information, the reliability of which was 0.91. One-sample t-test, ANOVA and Friedman ranking test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the average satisfaction of students with the quality of teaching and its components in the professors of Ardabil Farhangian University is higher than average. Also, the results obtained from the ranking of Friedman test showed that among the various dimensions of teaching quality of university professors, students' satisfaction in observing ethical issues in teaching and learning, teaching skills and content mastery, respectively, ranked first to third.
