Historical models of elementry school teacher training in Iran

اين مقاله به بررسي تاريخي مدل هاي مختلف تربيت معلم دوره ابتدايي در ايران مي پردازد. از برپايي دارالمعلمين (1297) تا تاسيس دانشگاه فرهنگيان (1390) مدل هاي مختلفي از تربيت معلم دوره ابتدايي در ايران تجربه شده است. شناسايي اين مدل ها، تجربه هاي تاريخي تربيت معلم دوره ابتدايي را در اختيار سياست گذاران و علاقه مندان به نظام تربيت معلم قرار مي دهد. روش پژوهش در اين مقاله روش تاريخي است. جامعه آماري مشتمل بر تمام اسناد تاريخي مرتبط با حوزه تربيت معلم بوده است و از روش نمونه گيري هدف دار، براي نمونه گيري استفاده شده است. نمونه ها، از اسنادي انتخاب شده اند كه حاوي داده ها و اطلاعات مربوط براي پاسخگويي به سوال هاي پژوهش بوده اند. روش جمع آوري داده ها، روش اسنادي و روش تحليل داده ها روش تاريخي اكتشافي است. با بررسي اسناد بر جاي مانده از نظام تربيت معلم در ايران مي توان هفت مدل از تربيت معلم دوره ابتدايي را در ايران شناسايي كرد. دارالمعلمين، دانشسراي مقدماتي، كلاس هاي كمك آموزگاري، تربيت معلم يكساله، سپاه دانش، مراكز تربيت معلم و دانشگاه فرهنگيان. در اين مقاله به ضرورت هاي تاريخي شكل گيري هر يك از اين مدل ها، شيوه پذيرش دانشجو و برنامه درسي هر يك از اين مدل ها پرداخته شده است.

This article examines the historical models of elementary school teacher training in Iran. From the establishment of Darolmoalemin (1297) to the establishment of Farhangian University (1390), models of elementary school teacher training in Iran have been experienced. Identifying these models provides historical experiences of elementary school teacher education to policymakers and those interested in the teacher education system. The research method in this article is historical. The statistical population included all historical documents related to the field of teacher training and purposive sampling method was used for sampling. Samples were selected from documents that contained relevant data and information to answer the research questions. The data collection method is the documentary method and the data analysis method is the historical exploratory method. By examining the historical documents of the teacher education system in Iran, 7 models of primary school teacher education in Iran can be identified. Darolmoalemin, Preliminary University, Teacher help classes, One-year teacher training, Knowledge Corps, Teacher training centers and Farhangian University. This article deals with the historical necessities of the formation of these models, the method of student admission and the curriculum of these models.
