Identifying and ranking the dimensions of research-based higher education system in Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province

هدف كلي اين پژوهش، شناسايي و رتبه بندي ابعاد نظام آموزش عالي پژوهش محور در دانشگاه‌هاي آزاد اسلامي استان مازندران بود. اين پژوهش‌ از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي بود. جامعه آماري آن را مديران و معاونين واحدها، مديران و معاونين دانشكده‌ها، مديران گروه‌ها و اساتيد هيات علمي دانشگاه-هاي آزاد اسلامي استان مازندران به تعداد 700 نفر تشكيل مي‌دادند كه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه-اي و بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعداد 248 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌ محقق ساخته آموزش عالي پژوهش محور با 123 سوال استفاده شد. روايي صوري و محتوايي ابزار به تاييد متخصصان رسيد و روايي همگرا آن نيز مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. پايايي تركيبي و مقدار آلفاي كرونباخ آن‌ها نيز بالاي 7/0 محاسبه شد كه مورد تاييد بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌هاي تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تحليل عاملي تاييدي استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه؛ نظام آموزش عالي پژوهش محور داراي دو بعد «ساختاري و اداري و آموزشي و پژوهشي» است. بعد ساختاري و اداري داراي ده بعد و بعد آموزشي و پژوهشي داراي سيزده بعد مي‌باشد كه بعد ساختاري و اداري داراي بيش‌ترين رتبه و بعد آموزشي و پژوهشي داراي كم‌ترين رتبه است.

The general purpose of this study was to identify and rank the dimensions of the research-based higher education system in Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province. This research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The statistical population consisted of managers and deputies of units, managers and deputies of faculties, heads of departments and faculty members of Islamic Azad universities of Mazandaran province in the number of 700 people using stratified random sampling method. Based on Cochran's formula, 248 people were selected as a sample. A researcher-made questionnaire with research-based higher education with 123 questions was used to collect data. The face and content validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and its convergent validity was also confirmed. Their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha value were also calculated above 0.7, which was confirmed. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. the results showed that; The research-based higher education system has two dimensions: "structural and administrative and educational and research". The structural and administrative dimension has ten dimensions and the educational and research dimension has thirteen dimensions, of which the structural and administrative dimension has the highest rank and the educational and research dimension has the lowest rank.
