A Study of the Culture of Teachers' Education in the Narrations of Graduates at Farhangian University, Imam Sajjad Campus in Birjand

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسي فرهنگ آموزش اساتيد در روايت هاي دانش آموختگان دانشگاه فرهنگيان، پرديس امام سجاد (ع) شهرستان بيرجند بود. رويكرد اين پژوهش كيفي و روش آن، پديدارشناسي بوده است. تحليل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحليل مضمون انجام شد و ضمن آن، روايت هاي مربوط به اساتيد در پروژه هاي 15 نفر از دانش آموختگان رشته آموزش ابتدايي پرديس امام سجاد(ع) شهرستان بيرجند در سال 1399- 1398 تحليل گرديد. براي به دست آوردن اعتبار و روايي داده ها، روش هاي بازبيني مشاركت كنندگان و مرور روايت ها توسط خبرگان غيرشركت كننده در پژوهش، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. يافتههاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه برخي اساتيد از روش هاي تدريس فعال، بحث گروهي و يادگيري همكارانه استفاده ميكردند و برخي صرفا روش هاي منفعل سخنراني و روخواني از روي اسلايد را به كار مي گرفتند. نگرش، دانش و تسلط علمي اساتيد نيز متفاوت بود. اساتيد دانشگاه، مهارت هاي لازم در تدريس مانند مهارت هاي ارتباطي، مديريت كلاس و مديريت زمان را به كار ميگيرند اما از مهارت پژوهشي لازم برخوردار نيستند. در ارتباط با اخلاق، برخي منعطف، عدالت محور و قانون مدار هستند و از شايستگي هاي اخلاقي و صفات پايدار شخصيتي برخوردار مي باشند اما بعضي، فاقد اين ويژگي ها هستند. همچنين يافته هاي پژوهش، شيوه ارزشيابي مستمر و پاياني را نشان داد؛ بنابراين تنوع فرهنگ آموزش در ابعاد مختلف آن وجود دارد و اساتيد، سبك نسبتا واحدي در مواجهه با دانشجومعلمان در پيش نميگيرند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the culture of teacher education in the narratives of graduates of Farhangian University, Imam Sajjad Campus in Birjand. The research method was qualitative and narrative research. The method of data analysis was thematic analysis in which the narrations related to the professors in the projects of 15 graduates of the primary education of Imam Sajjad (AS) Campus in Birjand city in 2019- 2020 were analyzed. In order to obtain the validity and reliability of the data, the methods of reviewing the participants and reviewing the non-participating experts in the research were used. The findings showed that some teachers used active teaching methods of group discussion and collaborative learning, and some used passive methods of lecturing and reading slides. Attitudes, knowledge and scientific mastery of professors were also different. University professors use the necessary teaching skills such as communication skills, classroom and time management, and some do not have the necessary research skills. In relation to morality, some were flexible, justice-oriented, and law-abiding, with enduring moral competencies and enduring personality traits, but some were inflexible. The research findings also showed the method of continuous and final evaluation; Therefore, there is a diversity of education culture in its various dimensions and professors do not adopt a relatively uniform style in dealing with student-teachers.
