طراحي يك مدل فرآيندي براي رصد و پويش تحولات آينده صنعت بانكداري

Designing a process model to monitor and monitor future developments in the banking industry

بانك‌ها به عنوان مهمترين نهادهاي مالي و با توجه به سرعت تغيير در فناوري‌هاي مالي و به طور كلي تغييرات مكرر در نظام بانكي بين‌الملل، از حيث مواجهه با تلاطم‌ها و تغييرات محيط بيروني، نياز بيشتري به مقوله ديدباني آينده و پويش محيطي دارند. از اينرو اين تحقيق با روش مطالعات اسنادي و بهره‌گيري از روش پرسشنامه خبرگاني به ارائه يك مدل فرآيندي براي انجام رصد و پويش محيطي در بانك‌ها براي مواجهه مطلوب با آينده صنعت بانكداري مي‌پردازد. در اين راستا، پس از بررسي الگوهاي مختلف پويش، رصد و ديدباني، الگوي فرايندي پويش محيطي مشتمل بر عناصر، روابط و فرايندهاي اصلي طراحي گرديد و اعتباربخشي فرآيندها با اخذ نظر خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران از طريق پرسشنامه اعتباربخشي انجام شد. بر اساس نتايج پژوهش، مدل فرآيندي اعتباربخشي شده مشتمل بر 4 فرآيند اصلي يافتن، تجزيه و تحليل، چارچوب دادن و بكارگيري ارائه گرديد. اين مدل مي تواند در شناخت، تحليل و برنامه‌ريزي مناسب براي مواجهه با آينده صنعت بانكداري در شبكه بانكي كشور مورد بهره‌برداري قرار گيرد.

Banks, as the most important financial institutions, and considering the speed of change in financial technologies and in general frequent changes in the international banking system, in terms of facing turbulences and changes in the external environment, they need more the category of future vision and environmental monitoring. The purpose of the current research is to provide a suitable process model for monitoring and monitoring the environment in banks to face the future of the banking industry. This research is an exploratory study with practical goals. After examining the comparative studies and using the Delphi method, the conceptual model was designed based on the model of Haynes et al. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the opinion of experts. Based on the results of the research, a validated process model consisting of 4 main processes: finding, analyzing, framing and applying was presented. This model can be used in recognition, analysis and proper planning to face the future of the banking industry in the country's banking network.
