Three Separated Roots Mandibular Second Premolar: A Case Report

This article describes a clinical case of three-separated roots mandibular second premolar that are diagnosed and endodonticafly treated. Sound knowledge of root canal anatomy and morphology, critical interpretation of radiographs and high magnification examination, canal walls exploration, and tactile sence usage is essential elements of success in complicated root canal therapy.
