Quranic and Narrational Principles of the Solutions for the Realization of the New Islamic Civilization in the Declaration of the Second Step of the Revolution

مقام معظم رهبري در بيانيۀ گام دوم انقلاب براي دست‌يابي به تمدن نوين اسلامي راهكارهايي را ارائه نموده كه ريشه در آموزه‌هاي قرآني و روايي دارند. اين نوشتار با هدف تبيين راهكارها و بيان مستندات آن‌ها در آموزه‌هاي ديني سامان يافته و تلاش كرده با شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي، مستندات اين راهكارها را در آموزه‌هاي ديني نشان دهد. دستاوردهاي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد رهنمودهايي كه از سوي رهبري در بيانيۀ گام دوم در راستاي دست‌يابي به تمدن نوين اسلامي ارائه شده‌اند، داراي مباني اصيل ديني بوده و ريشه در آموزه‌هاي قرآني و روايي دارند. در آموزه‌هاي ديني نسبت به بهره‌گيري از تجربه پيشين و به مقوله علم بسيار تاكيده شده و معنويت، اخلاق و عدالت مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ علاوه بر اين‌ها مبارزه با فساد و سروسامان دادن به زندگي دنيوي و كسب عزت مورد سفارش هميشگي اسلام بوده و اين امور از مهم‌ترين اسباب رشد و تعالي معرفي شده‌اند. مقوله‌هايي اين‌گونه در بيانيۀ گام دوم به‌عنوان راهكارهاي اساسي در جهت دست‌يابي به تمدن نوين اسلامي مورد توجه قرار گرفته‌اند.

In the declaration of the second step of the revolution to achieve a new Islamic civilization, the Supreme Leader presented solutions that are rooted in the teachings of the Quran and narration. This article has been written to explain these solutions and express their documents in religious teachings and has tried to show the documents of these solutions in religious teachings in a descriptive-analytical method. The achievements of the research indicate that the guidelines provided by the Leader in the declaration of the second step towards achieving a new Islamic civilization have genuine religious foundations and are rooted in the teachings of the Quran and narration. In religious teachings, the use of previous experience and the category of science have been emphasized and spirituality, ethics and justice have been considered; In addition, the fight against corruption and organizing worldly life and gaining dignity has always been recommended by Islam, and these matters have been introduced as the most important means of growth and transcendence. Such categories are considered in the second step declaration as basic solutions for achieving a new Islamic civilization.
