بازجست سندي و گسترۀ معنايي روايت «انّما الاعمال بالنّيّات» از نگاه فريقين

Documentary Research and the Semantic Range of the Narration “Innama al-A’mal bi-al-Niyyat” (the base of the act is its intention) from the perspective of Two Major Islamic Sects

روايت «انّما الاعمال بالنّيات» روايتي است كه فقهاي شيعه و ‌‌اهل‌سنّت در ابواب گوناگون فقهي مورد استفاده قرار داده‌اند و در فروعات متعددي به آن استناد نموده‌اند. اين روايت از دو جهت مورد چالش و پرسش است؛ يكي از ناحيه سند و ديگر از حيث دلالت. هرچند پيرامون اين دو، آثار متعددي نگاشته شده اما به بررسي سندي و تبيين گسترۀ معنايي آن به‌صورت تطبيقي و تعيين معناي قوي‌تر با استناد قرائن، كمتر پرداخته شده است. اين مقاله بر آن است كه به روش توصيفي تحليلي با استفاده از شيوۀ كتابخانه‌اي ضمن بحث و بررسي سندي آن در نزد فريقين، بازجستي در احتمالات و گسترۀ معنايي آن داشته و به كمك قرائن و شواهد متعدد به تعيين قويترين احتمال بپردازد. يافته‌هاي اين جستار حاكي از اين است كه روايت از حيث سند بر مبناي مكتب وثوق صدوري با تجميع قرائني همانند شهرت روايي، شهرت عملي، موافقت با روايات معتبر، تواتر معنوي يا اجمالي، معتبر و از حيث صدور قابل قبول است. از حيث مفهومي نيز كه داراي احتمالات متعددي است اين احتمال كه مراد از آن مفهومي جامع است و آنچه را دانشيان به‌عنوان معني و مفهوم روايت گفته‌اند هركدام مصداقي از آن باشد، قوي‌تر به‌نظر مي‌رسد.

The narration of “Innama al-A’mal bi-al-Niyyat” is a narration that Shia and Sunni jurists have used in various chapters of jurisprudence and have cited it in several issues. This narration is challenged and questioned in two dimensions; One is from chain of document and the other is from the point of view of content. Although many works have been written about these two dimensions, but less has been done to examine the document and explain its semantic scope in a comparative way and to determine the stronger meaning by citing evidences. This article aims to use a descriptive-analytical method, using a library method, while discussing and examining its documents from the perspective of Two Major Islamic Sects, to investigate its possibilities and semantic scope, and to determine the strongest possibility with the assistance of numerous clues and evidences. The findings of this research indicate that the narration is authentic and acceptable in terms of issuance as a document based on the school of issuance trustworthiness by combining evidences such as narrative reputation, practical reputation, agreement with authentic narrations, spiritual or abstract massive report. In terms of the content, which has many possibilities, the possibility that what is meant by it is a comprehensive concept and what the scholars have said as the meaning and meaning of the narration is an example of it, seems stronger.
