Evaluation of Ethical Leadership Components Based on Social Responsibility Approach of Payame Noor University of Khorasan Razavi

در اين پژوهش به بررسي مؤلفه هاي رهبري اخلاقي مبتني بر رويكرد مسئوليت پذيري اجتماعي در كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور خراسان رضوي پرداخته شد. روش پژوهش حاضر بر حسب هدف كاربردي و بر حسب نوع داده آميخته كيفي كمي از نوع اكتشافي و برحسب روش گردآوري داده ها و يا ماهيت و روش پژوهش توصيفي- پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري بخش كيفي شامل كليه كاركنان دانشگاه پيام نور خراسان رضوي است كه تعداد آنها 437 نفر مي باشد روش نمونه گيري به صورت تصادفي ساده است كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران با سطح خطاي 5 درصد تعداد نمونه 205 نفر بدست آمد. روش گردآوري داده ها در بخش كيفي مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته بود پياده سازي و تحليل داده هاي بخش كيفي توسط نرم افزار MAXQDA10 صورت گرفت. جامعه آماري بخش كمي شامل خبرگان دانشگاهي و مديران ارشد دانشگاه پيام نور (واحد) خراسان رضوي بود براي تعيين حجم نمونه از روش نمونه گيري غير تصادفي هدفمند استفاده شد كه تعداد 25 نفر جهت مصاحبه بخش كيفي براي تحليل سلسله مراتبي AHP انتخاب گرديد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها در بخش كمي پرسشنامه محقق ساخته طيف 9 شاخصي مختص روش AHP بود كه روايي آن در ابتدا توسط سه نفر از خبرگان مورد تاييد قرار گرفت به منظور پايايي مقايسات زوجي صورت گرفته در پرسشنامه از نرخ ناسازگاري كمتر از 0٫1 استفاده گرديد همچنين تحليل داده ها در بخش كمي توسط نرم افزار Expert Choice v11.0 انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد كه در بخش شاخص هاي اصلي شاخص ساختار اعتقادي با وزن 2140 در رابطه با رهبري اخلاقي مبتني بر رويكرد مسئوليت پذيري اجتماعي در دانشگاه پيام نور استان خراسان رضوي از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار مي باشد

The choice of leadership style by managers has a direct and different relationship with the level of social responsibility of employees in different organizations. In this study, the components of ethical leadership based on the approach of social responsibility in the staff of Payame Noor University of Khorasan Razavi were studied. The method of the present research is applied according to the purpose and mixed (qualitative-quantitative) of the exploratory type according to the type of data and descriptive-survey according to the method of data collection or the nature and method of the research. The statistical population of the qualitative department includes all the staff of Payame Noor University of Khorasan Razavi, whose number is 437 people. The sampling method is simple random which was obtained using Cochran's formula with an error level of 5 % of the sample size of 205 people. The data collection method in the qualitative part of the interview was semi-structured. Validity of qualitative data was done through validity or reliability and in order to reliability of the data by organizing structured processes for recording, writing and interpreting the data. Implementation and analysis of qualitative data was done by MAXQDA10 software. The statistical population of the quantitative section included academic experts and senior managers of Payame Noor University (Khorasan Razavi Branch). To determine the sample size, purposive non-random sampling method was used and 25 people were selected for qualitative section interview for AHP hierarchical analysis. The data collection tool in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire was a 9-item spectrum specific to the AHP method, the validity of which was initially confirmed by three experts. In order to make the pairwise comparisons in the questionnaire, the incompatibility rate less than 0.1 was used. Data analysis was also performed in quantitative part by Expert Choice v11.0 software. The results showed that in the main indicators section of the "belief structure" index, with a weight of 0.214, in relation to moral leadership based on the social responsibility approach in Payame Noor University of Khorasan Razavi province is more important.
