ارائه استراتژي‌هاي متناسب براي جلوگيري از قاچاق كالا در كشور

اين پژوهش بر اساس روشي تحليلي ـ توصيفي و بهره‌گيري از منابع موجود در زمينه قاچاق كالا و آسيبهاي آن و چگونگي مبارزه با آن در كشور و نيز بررسي همه جانبه با استفاده از روش تحليل SWOT اقدام شده است. نتايج حاكي از آن بود كه مهم ترين نقطه قوتي كه ايران در زمينه مبارزه با قاچاق كالا در جامعه از آن برخوردار است، وجود تعداد كثيري كارد مجرب در اين زمينه در كشور مي‌باشد كه با بهره مند شدن از امتياز وزني 62/0 در جايگاه نخست مي‌باشد و عدم كار فرهنگي اساسي در اين زمينه با امتياز وزني 42/0 در جايگاه نخست ضعف‌ها، توجه به مسائل قاچاق كالا به خصوص در امر مردم و استخراج آنها و انديشيدن تدبيري در اين زمينه با امتياز وزني 6/0 بالاترين امتياز وزني را داشته و در مرتبه اول فرصت‌هاي موجود و نداشتن برنامه ريزي راهبردي، جذاب و رقابتي در برابر اقدامات خصمانه دشمنان در زمينه قاچاق كالا با امتياز وزني 52/0 در جايگاه نخست تهديدها قرار دارد. مهم ترين راهبردهاي كه در اين زمينه مي‌توان نگاشت عبارتند از: ايجاد برنامه ريزي و ساختاري اساسي جهت بهره‌برداري بهينه از تعدد كادر مجرب در راستاي روشنگري و آگاهي رساني در مباحث قاچاق كالا و آسيب‌هاي آن، تلاش اساسي محلي و ملي در راستاي تبيين مسائل اساسي قاچاق كالا و آسيب‌هاي آن و ارائه و تدوين آن در جامعه و تدوين يك سند چشم انداز محلي و ملي و بهره گيري از رسانه‌هاي نوين جهت مبارزه با تيليغات دشمنان در زمينه قاچاق كالا و انجام اقدامات فرهنگي، اجتماعي و اقتصادي براي جلوگيري از امر قاچاق.

This research is based on a descriptive-analytical method and utilization of available resources in the field of smuggling and its damages and how to combat it in the country as well as a comprehensive study using SWOT analysis. The results indicated that the most important strength of Iran's fight against trafficking in society is the existence of a large number of experienced knifes in the country enjoying a 0.62 weight rating.
