ياريگري يكي از ويژگي‌هاي تاريخي جامعه ايران و وقف يكي از مهم‌ترين اشكال ياريگري ايرانيان مي‌باشد. وقف نامه‌ي جامع الخيرات، يكي از بزرگ‌ترين موقوفه‌هاي تاريخي ايران در سال‌هاي پاياني قرن هشتم هجري است. ازآنجايي‌كه بخش عمده‌اي از موقوفات اين وقف نامه مربوط به استان يزد مي‌باشد، هدف پژوهش حاضر دستيابي به ابعاد اجتماعي وقف بر اساس متن وقف نامه مي‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به روش كتابخانه‌اي انجام‌گرفته است و با روش تحليل محتوا داده‌ها مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرارگرفته‌اند. ناظر به هدف پژوهش، ابعاد وقف جامع الخيرات عبارت‌اند از: ديني-مذهبي، تعليم و تربيت، ياريگرانه، كارگزاري موقوفات و سلامت مي‌باشد. از منظر تحقيق حاضر، "جاري بودن " وقف كه يكي از اركان وقف نامه مي‌باشد، احتمالاً در شرايط امروز به آن معنايي كه واقف منظور كرده است، تحقق‌نيافته باشد. اين موضوع بيش از همه در مواجهه جامعه سنتي ايراني با جامعه مدرن كه در آن "پول" و نه "تيول" مبناي مبادلات و توسعه‌ي اقتصادي است، محدوديت‌هاي عدم خريدوفروش و ترهين در اين موقوفات و بسياري از موقوفات ديگر جامعه ايران، مهم‌ترين چالش "وقف" با جامعه‌اي است كه بازار مدرن تعيين‌كننده روابط و بنيادهاي اقتصادي آن است.

Humanit arianism is one of the historical features of Iranian society and endowment is one of the most important forms of helping Iranians. The Jame-o-elkheirat endowment letter is one of the largest historical endowments in Iran in the last years of the eighth century AH. Since most of the endowments of this endowment letter are related to Yazd province. The purpose of this study is to achieve the social dimensions of the endowment based on the text of the endowment letter. The present research has been done by library method and data have been analyzed by content analysis method. According to the purpose of the research, the dimensions of the comprehensive charity endowment are: religious, educational, helping and self-sacrifice, establishing endowments, and ensuring health. From the point of view of the present study, the "current" of the endowment, which is one of the pillars of the endowment letter, may not have been realized in today's context in the sense that the endowment intended. This issue has been mostly in the face of traditional Iranian society with modern society in which "money" and not "thiol" is the basis of exchange and economic development. Limitations of not buying and selling in these endowments and many other endowments of Iranian society is the most important challenge of "endowment" with a society whose modern market determines its relations and economic foundations. and the final point of the for the health of the people is in this letter,
