طراحي و ارائه الگو جهت سنجش تاثير توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز بر ابعاد فرهنگ عمومي (مطالعه موردي: عسلويه)

The Designing a model to evaulate the impact of oil and gas industry development on the dimensions of public culture (Case study: Assaluyeh)

مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: توسعه صنايع نفت و گاز در منطقه ويژه اقتصادي انرژي پارس (عسلويه) به صورت مضاعفي مواجهه با تحولات صنعتي را تجربه مي‌نمايد. توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز در اين مناطق موجب گذر از يك جامعه سنتي به يك جامعه صنعتي گرديده است و تحولات وسيعي در ابعاد فرهنگي به جاي گذاشته است. هدف اصلي اين پژوهش طراحي و ارائه الگو جهت سنجش تاثير توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز بر ابعاد فرهنگ عمومي‌در منطقه عسلويه مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش: براي سنجش و تعيين ميزان اهميت و اعتبار هر شاخص، الگوي پيشنهادي در اختيار خبرگان قرار گرفت. الگوي پيشنهادي با روايي بالا (8/92) به تائيد خبرگان رسيد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضيه‌هاي پژوهش از روشهاي آمار توصيفي و استباطي استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه ميانگين متغير ارزشهاي فرهنگي داراي تفاوت معنادار با ميانگين مورد انتظار (فرضي) است (05/0 ≥ Sig). به عبارت ديگر از نظر جامعه آماري توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز موجب تضعيف ارزش‌هاي فرهنگي شده است. هم‌چنين ميانگين متغير فرهنگ خانوادگي و عناصر مادي فرهنگ داراي تفاوت معنادار با ميانگين مورد انتظار (فرضي) است (05/0 ≥ Sig). نتيجه‌گيري: توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز موجب تقويت فرهنگ خانوادگي و عناصر مادي فرهنگ گرديده است. در نتيجه بر اثر در هم آميختگي صنعت و سنت نوعي گسست و تعارض فرهنگي مشاهده گرديد. توسعه صنعت نفت و گاز موجب تغييرات گسترده‌اي در ارزش‌هاي فرهنگي، فرهنگ خانوادگي و عناصر مادي در منطقه عسلويه شده است.

The development of oil and gas industries in the Pars Special Economic Zone, Assaluyeh city will experience double exposure to industrial developments. The development of the oil and gas industry in these areas has provided the basis for the transition from a traditional society to an industrial and urban society, and in the process of transition, has left extensive changes in the cultural dimension. The main objective of this research is to design a model to evaluate the impact of oil-gas industry development on the dimensions of public culture in Assaluyeh zone. To measure and determine the importance and validity of each indicator, the proposed model was provided to experts. The proposed model with high validity (92/8) was approved by experts. In analyzing the data of this applied research, descriptive and inferential statistical methods have been used. The results showed that the mean of cultural values variable has a significant difference with the hypothetical or expected mean (Sig < 0.05).In other words, according to the statistical community, the development of the oil and gas industry has weakened cultural values. Also, the mean of family culture variable and material elements of culture have a significant difference with the hypothetical or expected mean (Sig < 0.05). As a result, due to the fusion of industry and tradition, a kind of cultural rupture and conflict was observed. The development of the oil and gas industry has caused extensive changes in cultural values, family culture and material elements in the Assaluyeh region.
