چكيده فارسي :
هدف پژوهش: يكي از بخش‌هاي مهم تعليم و تربيت در سند تحول بنيادين، تربيت بدني است كه به‌عنوان يك پديده فرهنگي، به دليل تنوع در كاركردها، اثرات متقابلي بر ساير پديده‌هاي فرهنگي و اجتماعي دارد. لذا اين تحقيق باهدف طراحي چارچوب فرهنگي توسعه حرفه‌اي دانشجو معلمان تربيت‌بدني دانشگاه فرهنگيان استان اصفهان انجام‌شد.
روش پژوهش: با استفاده از روش داده بنياد و نظرخواهي از 15 نفر از خبرگان متشكل از اعضاي هيئت علمي و مدرسان پيشكسوت تربيت معلم در سطح آموزش‌وپرورش و دانشگاه فرهنگيان و از طريق پرسشنامه باز و مرور بر متون و مطالعات داخلي و خارجي، مدل مفهومي تحقيق طراحي‌شد.
يافته‌ها: نتايج با بهره‌گيري از كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي، 103 مضمون فرهنگي فرعي و 23 مضمون فرهنگي اصلي را شامل شد.
نتيجه‌گيري: عوامل مؤثر بر چارچوب فرهنگي توسعه حرفه‌اي دانشجو معلمان در قالب مؤلفه‌هاي علي (شرايط عمومي، مهارت، صلاحيت، ارزشيابي، مشاركت، دانش، شناخت نيازها، كارآموزي و برنامه درسي)، زمينه‌اي (جوسازماني، شرايط اداري و سازماني، اركان)، مداخله‌گر (نقش دولت، تحقيق و توسعه، دوره‌هاي كوتاه‌مدت، دوره‌هاي كارآفريني و دوره‌هاي دستياري) و پيامدها (ويژگي‌هاي معلم دوره‌ديده و حرفه‌اي، تغيير الگوهاي جذب، بهره‌گيري از تجربيات، سازندگي، اثربخشي، تدبير و آينده‌نگري) در قالب يك الگوي پيشنهادي ارائه شد تا ديد گسترده‌تري براي سياست‌گذاران اين حوزه فراهم آورد.

The purpose of the research: one of the important parts of education and training in the fundamental transformation document is physical education, which as a cultural phenomenon, due to its diversity in functions, has mutual effects on other cultural and social phenomena. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of designing a cultural framework for the professional development of student physical education teachers at Farhangian University of Isfahan province.
Research method: by using the foundation data method and asking opinions from 15 experts consisting of faculty members and veteran teachers of teacher training at the level of education and training and Farhangian University and through an open questionnaire and review of domestic and foreign texts and studies, a research conceptual model was designed.
Findings: The results included 103 secondary cultural themes and 23 main cultural themes using open, central and selective coding.
Conclusion: the factors affecting the cultural framework of the professional development of student teachers in the form of causal components (general conditions, skills, competence, evaluation, participation, knowledge, recognition of needs, internship and curriculum), contextual (organizational atmosphere, administrative and organizational conditions, pillars), The intervention (the role of the government, research and development, short-term courses, entrepreneurship courses and assistantship courses) and the consequences (characteristics of experienced and professional teachers, changes in recruitment patterns, benefit from experiences, creativity, effectiveness, tactfulness and foresight) were presented in the form of a proposed model to It provided a broader view for policy makers in this field.
