چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف: ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﯿﺎزﺳﻨﺠﯽ و اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل ﺟﺎﻣﻊ آﻣﻮزش ﺳﻼﻣﺖ رواﻧﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زﻧﺪاﻧ ﻬﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه اﺳﺖ. روش: روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ و از ﻧﻮع اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮد آوري اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎز اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارك ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎز و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺖ. در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي ﻣﺘﻮن و اﺳﻨﺎد ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺪ و ﺑﺎ 11 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺻﺎحب نظران و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮﻓﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎز اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زﻧﺪاﻧﻬﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه درﺳﺎل 1400 ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي، 100 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ آﻣﺎري اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار MAXQDA و ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﻠﯽ ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﺋﯿﺪي و ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎي اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﭘﺬﯾﺮش ﺧﻮﯾﺸﺘﻦ ﺧﻮدﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ، رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮدي، ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ رواﻧﯽ،ﺑﻬﺰﯾﺴﺘﯽ ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ، ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ درك ﺷﺪه، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ، ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺳﻼﻣﺖ رواﻧﯽ واﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن زﻧﺪاﻧﻬﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﺮﻣﺎﻧﺸﺎه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﺗﻌﻠﻖ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ رﺷﺪ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﺮدي اﺳﺖ و در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻧﯿﺎز اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒﻪ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎري اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ واوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي رواﻧﯽ واﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اراﺋﻪ ﻣﺪل آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ آﻧﻬﺎ، و اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﺷﻬﺎي آﻣﻮزش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﻄﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻧﺤﻮه ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ
چكيده لاتين :
Aim:The purpose of this study is to assess the needs and provide a comprehensive model of mental and social health education for the families of prison staff in Kermanshah province. Methods: The research method used in this study is mixed method and exploratory. Data gathering tools include scientific-research documents, open interviews and questionnaires. In qualitative content analysis, first the content of scientific texts and documents were analyzed and classified, and open interviews were conducted with 11 experts of the subject who were purposefully selected using the snowball method. The statistical population included the families of all prison staff in Kermanshah province in 2021. Using stratified random sampling, 100 people were selected as a statistical sample. For qualitative analysis, MAXQDA software and coding process were used, and in the quantitative part, for the causal analysis of the presented model, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model have been used. Results: Based on the findings of this research, self-control acceptance, personal growth and development, mental well-being, emotional well-being, quality of life, perceived justice, social participation, group affiliation, social adjustment, social trust, social support are the most important needs of mental health education for the families of prison staff. Also, the results of components prioritization indicated that the lowest average rank is related to the group affiliation component and the highest rank is related to the individual growth and development component, and in the social needs section, the lowest average rank is related to the social support component and the highest rank is related to the adjustment component. Conclusion: Identifying and prioritizing psychological and social needs and providing an educational model suitable for them, and using job training methods are significantly effective on the functioning of the community under the study.
