رشد شتابان باگسترش بي‌رويه‌ كالبدي معماري در حوز‌ه معماري شهري،به‌نحوي شكل گرفت كه بسياري از مجموعه‌هاي شهري نتوانستند خود را با اين رشد بي رويه تطبيق دهند،در نتيجه سيماي بصري معماري شهرها كه دربرگيرنده‌ طيف وسيعي از نماهاست،از لحاظ توسعه، دچار اغتشاش بصري گرديد. پيامد اين رشد كالبدي سريع و شتابان،عدم نظارت بر ساخت و تغييرات اساسي در منظر نماها با صورت متنوعي از كالبد سيماي معماري بناها گرديد. سيماي بصري نماي ساختمان‌هادر منظر معماري شهرها از مهم‌ترين عوامل سازند‌ه هويت منظر مي‌باشند. با توجه به اهميت نما در منظر معماري و از آنجايي‌ كه نما در حوزه‌ معماري بخشي ازهويت و حقوق عمومي شهروندان را در برمي‌گيرد و با در نظر گرفتن وضيعت نابسامان نماهاي معماري در منظر معماري شهري،ضرورت تبيين مدلي مفهومي براي نماها به‌ صورت كليتي هماهنگ پيشنهاد و مطرح مي‌شود. باتوجه به تنوع اقليمي دركشور ايران و توجه به اين مسئله كه تأثيرات محيطي در كالبد معماري تأثير بسزايي دارد،تبيين اين مدل با درنظرگرفتن اقليم گرم و خشك ايران مدنظرقرارگرفته است. ارتقاء هويت منظر معماري نماهاي معاصر نيازمند مدلي است كه سيماي معماري شهر به‌ عنوان بخش كالبدي آنرا در كنار ابعاد فرهنگي و نيازهاي كاركردي آن مدنظر قراردهد، درنتيجه معناي سيما بايدبه منظر ارتقاء پيدا كند.

The visual appearance of building facades is one of the most important factors in the construction of landscape identity in the architectural view of cities. Considering the importance of the symbol of the architectural view and since the symbol of the architectural field includes a part of the identity and public rights of citizens, and considering the chaotic situation of architectural facades in the urban architectural landscape, the necessity of explaining a model for the concept of facades in a general climate is suggested. In the country of Iran and paying attention to the issue that environmental influences have a significant impact on the architectural body, the explanation of this The model has been considered considering the hot and dry climate of Iran. The improvement of the architectural landscape identity of contemporary facades requires a model that considers the architectural appearance of the city as a physical part of it in addition to its cultural dimension and functional needs.
