A passage on the pedagogical and psychological creations of Molavi in Masnavi

زمينه : كتاب تعليمي مثنوي معنوي، سرشاراز نكات تربيتي ، پداگوژيكي و روان شناختي است كه در پژوهش حاضر به چند مورد از آن ها پرداخته شده است . هدف : پژوهش حاضر با هدف يافتن و استخراج پاسخ هاي خلاقانه مولوي به پنج سوال اساسي از خلال اشعار ايشان در مثنوي معنوي بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقيقات كيفي و با روش اسنادي و كتابخانه اي و تجزيه و تحليل اشعار مثنوي معنوي با رويكرد توصيفي- تفسيري است. سئوالات مورد نظر در خصوص سرشت انسان ، جلوگيري از گسترش خطا و لغزش متربي ، تاثير انگيزه ها در ظهور رفتار، كارآمدترين روش تعليم و تربيت و نظريه تضاد در تعليم و تربيت مطرح شده است. يافته ها : نتايج پژوهش حكايت از خوب بودن سرشت ِ تمامي انسان ها و عاريتي(عارضي) بودن بدي به علت تعليم و تربيت و محيط بد، مراقبت از خطاها و لغزش ها در راستاي ملكه نشدن آن ، توجه به انگيزه هاي دروني شاگردان از راه تحريك ، اصلاح ، تقويت و رشد انگيزه هاي دروني آنان ، كارآمدترين روش تعليم و تربيت همانا تحقيق و توجه به فرآيند پژوهش محوري شاگردان و روي آوري به تفكرخلاق از طريق شناخت هر ضدي با ضدِخودش از راهكارهاي خلاقانه وي در بيش از هفت قرن پيش است. نتايج : علاوه بر پاسخ به سئوالات فوق الذكر ، در سوال پنجم پژوهش، ارائه نمونه هايي از ظرايف تربيتي و پداگوژيكي ، شواهدي است مبني بر تاييد نظريات مولوي درامر تعليم و تربيت كه در انتهاي مقاله به آن ها اشاره شده است.

Context: The educational book of Masnavi Manavi is full of educational, pedagogical and psychological points, some of which have been discussed in the present research. Purpose: The purpose of this research was to find and extract the creative answers of Molavi to five basic questions through his poems in Masnavi Manavi. Method: The current research is a qualitative research with a documentary and library method and analysis of Masnavi Manavi poems with a descriptive-interpretive approach. The desired questions regarding human nature, preventing the spread of error and teacher slippage, the effect of motivations on the emergence of behavior, the most efficient method of education and the theory of conflict in education have been raised. Findings: The results of the research indicate the good nature of all human beings and the fact that badness is borrowed (temporary) due to education and bad environment, taking care of mistakes and slips in order not to become the queen, paying attention to the inner motivations of students from the way Stimulating, correcting, strengthening and growing their inner motivations, the most effective method of education is research and paying attention to the research-oriented process of students and turning to creative thinking through recognizing each opposite with its opposite, one of his creative solutions more than seven centuries ago. Results: In addition to the answers to the above-mentioned questions, in the fifth question of the research, presenting examples of educational and pedagogical nuances are evidences of confirming the views of Molavi Drummer on education, which are mentioned at the end of the article.
