چكيده فارسي :
هدف از اين پژوهش طراحي و آزمون مدلي براي تحليل سيستم توسعه ورزش كارگري كشور بود. اين تحقيق از نظر نوع توصيفي- همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق را مديران، كارشناسان و مربيان حوزه ورزش كارگري كشور تشكيل دادند. نمونه آماري به تعداد قابل كفايت جهت آزمون مدل در نرمافزار اسمارت پيالاس انتخاب شد (153 نفر). روش نمونه گيري از نوع قضاوتي و هدفمند بود. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهاي مشتمل بر 99 سوال و 19 متغير در مقياس 5 گزينه ليكرت ميباشد. اعتبارسنجي پژوهش با استفاده از روش روايي محتوايي (11 صاحبنظر)، پايايي (آلفاي كرونباخ) و روايي سازه (برازش مدل) ارزيابي و تأييد گرديد.
مدل مفهومي شامل شش سطح با متغيرهاي زير مجموعه آنها بود: سطح زمينه (حاميان اجتماعي و ظرفيتهاي محيطي)، سطح ساختار (نهادهاي متولي، قابليت راهبردي اجرايي و تقسيم كار ميان بخشي و فرابخشي)، سطح قابليت (نوآوري و تنوعبخشي در ورزش كارگري، سيستم دانش و فناوري، تأمين و مديريت منابع انساني، تأمين و مديريت منابع فيزيكي و تأمين و مديريت منابع مالي)، سطح فرايند (رويدادهاي ورزشي، نيازسنجي ورزشي، فرهنگسازي ورزش، آموزش همگاني ورزش و خدمات ورزشي به كارگران)، سطح عملكرد (قابليت ورزشي كارگران، دستاورد ورزشي كارگران و مشاركت ورزشي كارگران) و سطح پيامد (توسعه پايدار ورزش كارگري).
نتايج مدلسازي نشان داد كه روابط بين تمامي متغيرهاي مدل معنيدار است و مدل ازبرازش مناسب برخوردار است. براساس مدل ميتوان گفت كه توسعه ورزش كارگري در بستر عوامل زمينهاي، از طريق كارآمدسازي ساختاري، ارتقا و بكارگيري قابليتها، يكپارچهسازي فرايندها و اثربخشسازي عملكرد منجر به توسعه پايدار ميشود.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to design and test a model for analyzing the development of workers' sport system in Iran. This research was a descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consisted of managers, experts and trainers in the field of workers' sport. The statistical sample was adequately selected to test the model in the PLS software (n=153- purposeful sampling). The research tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with 99 questions and 19 variables on a 5-point Likert scale. Content validity (11 experts), reliability (Cronbach's alpha), and construct validity (model fitting) were evaluated and validated. The conceptual model consisted of six levels with their subset variables: Field level (social support and environmental capacity), Structure level (trustee institutions, strategic executive capability, and division of work across sectors and sub-divisions), Ability level (innovation and diversification in worker sport, knowledge and technology system, human resource management and supply, physical resource management and financing, and financial management and management), Process level (sporting events, sporting needs assessment, sports acculturation, general sport training and sports services to workers), Performance level (workers' athletic ability, workers' athletic achievement and workers' sport participation) and the level of outcome (sustainable development of worker sport). The modeling results showed that the relationships among all the variables of the model were significant, and the model fit. Based on the model it can be said that the development of worker sport in the context of contextual factors, through structural improvement, Upgrading and deploying capabilities, Process Integration and performance effectiveness leads to sustainable development.
