بررسي نقش ميانجي‌گري محيط فناورانه بر رابطة بين زيرساخت‌هاي فناورانه و توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان‌هاي ورزشي

Investigating the Mediating Role of Technological Environment on the Relationship between Technological Infrastructure and Human Resource Empowerment in Sport Organizations

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش ميانجي­گري محيط فناورانه بر رابطه بين زيرساخت­هاي فناورانه و توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان­هاي ورزشي طراحي و اجرا گرديد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعات توصيفي مي­باشد كه از منظر هدف، جز تحقيقات كاربردي مي­باشد كه به صورت ميداني انجام گرديد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش گردآوري داده­ ها، پيمايشي مي­باشد. ابزار گردآوري در تحقيق حاضر شامل پرسشنامه توانمندسازي منابع انساني اسپريتزر و ميشرا (1997)، پرسشنامه محيط فناورانه كاساب و همكاران (2017) و پرسشنامه زيرساخت هاي فناورانه كاساب و همكاران (2017) مي باشد. جامعه آماري شامل كليه كاركنان بخش فناوري اطلاعات، كاركنان ارشد، مديران و معاونان ادارات كل ورزش و جوانان كشور بودند كه تعداد آنان حدود 640 نفر بود. بر اساس جدول حجم نمونه مورگان، تعداد 242 نفر به عنوان نمونه مشخص گرديدند كه پس از كسب مجوزهاي لازم و تقسيم پرسشنامه­ ها، تعداد 192 پرسشنامه مورد تحليل و بررسي قرار گرفت. نتايج تحقيق حاضر نشان داد كه زيرساخت هاي فناورانه بر توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان هاي ورزشي تأثير معناداري ندارد (199/0= تأثير، 558/1=تي، 089/0=سطح معناداري). نتايج همچنين نشان داد كه زيرساخت­هاي فناورانه بر محيط فناورانه در سازمان­هاي ورزشي تأثير معناداري دارد (904/0= تأثير، 856/38=تي، 001/0=سطح معناداري). نتايج همچنين نشان داد كه محيط فناورانه بر توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان­هاي ورزشي تأثير معناداري دارد (736/0= تأثير، 241/6=تي، 001/0=سطح معناداري). با توجه به عدم تأثير زيرساخت­هاي فناورانه بر توانمندسازي منابع انساني و از طرفي تأثير زيرساخت­هاي فناورانه بر محيط فناورانه و همچنين تأثير محيط فناورانه بر توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان­هاي ورزشي مي­توان چنين اعلام داشت كه محيط فناورانه نقش ميانجي­گري كامل در رابطه بين زيرساخت­هاي فناورانه بر توانمندسازي منابع انساني در سازمان­هاي ورزشي را دارد.

The aim of this study was to Investigate the mediating role of technological environment on the relationship between technological infrastructure and human resource empowerment in sport organizations. The present study was descriptive and is applied in terms of purpose. The method of the present study was a survey that was conducted in the field. Spritzer and Mishra (1997) Human Resources Empowerment Questionnaire, Kasab et al. (2017) Technological Environment Questionnaire and Kasab et al. (2017) Technological Infrastructure Questionnaire were used to collect data. The statistical population of the present study included all employees of the information technology sector, senior employees, managers and deputies of the General Departments of Sport and Youth(N=640). Based on Morgan's sample size table, 242 people were identified as the research sample, After obtaining the necessary permissions and destributing the questionnaires 192 questionnaires were analyzed. The results of the present study showed that technological infrastructure does not have a significant effect on the empowerment of human resources in sport organizations (effect =0.199, T =1.558, significance level =0.089). The results also showed that technological infrastructure has a significant effect on the technological environment in sport organizations (effect =0.904, t =385.856, significance level =0.001). The results also showed that the technological environment has a significant effect on the empowerment of human resources in sport organizations (effect =0.736, t =6.241, significance level =0.001). Considering the lack of impact of technological infrastructure on human resources empowerment and on the other hand, the impact of technological infrastructure on the technological environment as well as the impact of the technological environment on human resource empowerment in sport organizations, it can be stated that the technological environment plays a mediating role in the relationship between technological infrastructures on human resource empowerment in sport organizations.
