Designing a Developmental Model for Sports education in Schools of Kermanshah Province

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحي مدل توسعه‌يافتگي آموزش ورزش در مدارس استان كرمانشاه مي­باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف كاربردي، از نظر شيوه گردآوري داده­ها توصيفي- پيمايشي بود. در بخش اول (كيفي) براي انجام مصاحبة ميداني، جامعة آماري پژوهش، اساتيد برجسته حوزه مديريت ورزشي متخصص در حوزة ورزش مدارس و همچنين مديران اداره تربيت­بدني وزارت آموزش و پرورش بودند كه اين افراد، به صورت هدفمند (از نوع معياري) براي مصاحبه‌هاي كيفي در موضوع پژوهش انتخاب گرديدند (17 مصاحبه با 17 نفر و تا حد اشباع نظري ادامه يافت). در بخش دوم (كمي) بعد از گردآوري اطلاعات حاصل از پژوهش كيفي، اقدام به ساخت پرسشنامه نموده و اين پرسشنامه (22 گويه و در قالب سه راهكار آموزشي، راهكار فردي و راهكار سازماني) در بين معلمان ورزش استان كرمانشاه توزيع گرديد. از شاخص­هاي كشيدگي و چولگي به منظور بررسي توزيع داده ­ها (طبيعي و يا غيرطبيعي بودن) استفاده شد و براي بررسي و پاسخ به سؤالات پژوهش و رسم و تدوين مدل اندازه ­گيري و مدل ساختاري از نرم ­افزارهاي SPSS نسخه 24، Smart PLS نسخه 2.0 و نرم افزار Max QDA نسخه Pro استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد كه 27 كد مفهومي و 5 مقوله اصلي، از مهم­ترين شاخص‌هاي توسعه‌يافتگي آموزش ورزش در مدارس استان كرمانشاه مي­باشد. همچنين مشخص گرديد كه به ترتيب شاخص­هاي معلم ورزش، كانون­هاي ورزشي، قهرماني، مالي و امكانات ورزشي از شاخص­هاي توسعه ­يافتگي آموزش ورزش در مدارس استان كرمانشاه مي­باشد. بنابراين توجه به انتخاب معلمان شايسته، جزء مهم­ترين برنامه­ ها و سياست­هاي متوليان ورزش دانش­ آموزي مي­تواند باشد.

The aim of this study was to design a developmental model for sports education in Iranian schools. Current study in terms of purpose is Practical and in terms of Data collection method was Descriptive survey. In the first part (qualitative) for conducting the field interview, the statistical population of the study were prominent professors in the field of sports management specializing in school sports, as well as managers of the Ministry of Education's Physical Education Organization. Qualitative interviews were selected on the research topic (17 interviews with 17 individuals and continued until theoretical saturation). In the second part (quantitative), after collecting information from qualitative research, a questionnaire was constructed and this questionnaire (22 items in the form of three educational strategies, individual strategy and organizational strategy) was distributed among sports teachers in Kermanshah province. Use elongation and skew indices to check the distribution of data (natural or abnormal) and to investigate and answer the research questions and draw and compile a measurement model and a structural model of SPSS software version 24, Smart PLS Version 2.0 and Max QDA Pro software were used. The results showed that 27 conceptual codes and 5 main categories are the most important indicators of the development of sports education in Kermanshah Province. It was also found that the indicators of sports teacher, sports centers, championship, financial and sports facilities are indicators of the development of sports education in Iranian schools, respectively. Therefore, paying attention to selecting qualified teachers can be one of the most important programs and policies of student sports authorities.
