چكيده فارسي :
امامت در معناي گسترده آن، يكي از امور ضروري زندگي اجتماعي انسان‌ها است، و مذاهب اسلامي بر ضرورت آن اجماع دارند، ولي در اوصاف و احكام آن ميان آنان اختلافاتي وجود دارد. آگاهي از ديدگاه هاي فرق اسلامي و روشن ساختن نقاط اشتراك و تأكيد بر آنها، گامي است در جهت تقريب مذاهب و اتحاد امت اسلامي در مواجهه با دشمنان تفرقه افكن. نوشته حاضر، با روش كتابخانه اي، حقيقت و احكام امامت از منظر دو فرقه اهل سنت؛ يعني اهل حديث و بكريه را مورد بررسي قرار داده است؛ احكامي مانند: تعريف امامت، صفات و شرائط امام، راه تعيين امام و وجوب اطاعت از امام. از مهم‌ترين اشكالات درباره ديدگاه اهل حديث در مساله امامت، عدم توجه جامع به اوصاف بايسته‌ي امام و عدم جواز اطاعت از امام جائر است و از مناقشه هاي مهم بر ديدگاه بكريه، عدم وجود نصّ بر خلافتِ مصاديق مورد نظر آنان است.

Imamate, in its broad sense, is one of the essential matters of human social life, and Islamic schools of thought agree on its necessity, but there are differences among them regarding its attributes and rulings. Being aware of the views of the Islamic sects and clarifying the points of commonality and emphasizing them is a step towards the approximation of religions and the unity of the Islamic Ummah in the face of divisive enemies. The present article, with the library method, the truth and rulings of Imamate from the perspective of two Sunni sects; That is, he examined the Ahl al-Hadith and Bakriyya; Rulings such as: the definition of imamate, the characteristics and conditions of the imam, the way to determine the imam, and the obligation to obey the imam. One of the most important problems regarding the point of view of the Ahl al-Hadith on the issue of Imamate is the lack of comprehensive attention to the essential attributes of the Imam, as well as the issue of obeying a cruel Imam, and one of the important problems with the view of the Bakriyya sect is the absence of a text on the Imamate of those who, according to the Bakriyya, They are imams and successors of the Prophet.
