در محيطهاي آموزشي، عوامل زيادي مانع شكوفايي خلاقيت مي شوند، مخصوصاً در مورد كساني كه دخيل و الگوي دانش آموزان مي باشند، يعني «معلمان». پژوهش حاضر به «بررسي موانع خلاقيت در معلمان دوره ابتدايي آموزش و پرورش شهر قزوين» پرداخته است. روش اين پژوهش، توصيفي– همبستگي از نوع زمينه يابي مي باشد. جمع آوري اطلاعات نيز كتابخانه اي و ميداني بوده كه با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، پس از تاييد روايي و پايايي آن توسط اساتيد راهنما و مشاور در يك نمونه 20 نفري با استفاده از روش آلفاي كرونباخ 78/. محاسبه شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، 1450 نفر، و نمونه مورد مطالعه، نيز به شيوه تصادفي – طبقه اي 210 نفر برآورد گرديد. اطلاعات بدست آمده با استفاده از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون چند گانه مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. نتايج حاصل نشان داد: ميزان خلاقيت معلمان جامعه مورد نظر در سطح نسبتاً بالايي قرار دارد؛ بين متغيرهاي اعتماد به نفس و رضايت شغلي معلمان با خلاقيت آنان ارتباط مستقيم و معني داري وجود دارد، بطوريكه با كاهش اين متغيرها، ميزان خلاقيت آنان نيز كاهش مي يابد؛ همچنين متغيرهاي ترس از شكست و سلطه گري مدير نيز با خلاقيت معلمان، ارتباط معنادار و معكوسي داشته، بطوريكه با افزايش اين متغيرها، ميزان خلاقيت معلمان نيز كاهش مي يابد. نتايج تحليل واريانس نيز نشان داد، متغيرهاي تعديل كننده، به جز متغير تحصيلات نقشي در ميزان خلاقيت معلمان ندارند.

The results of the ANOVA showed, Except for the education variable, other variables do not play a role in how creative teachers.
