An Analysis on Determinant Factors on Employment in Iranʹs Industries

This article firstly analyzes the determinant factors on labor Demand such as economic growth, capital, Production capacity, capital productivity, Technology level, relative price of labor, and labor market regulation. then it identifies a model to estimate those factors in different industrial groups through on overview on relevant literature, data of 1981- 90 as well as OLS method. Finally it tests the stability of the results using unit root test.
