Khorasan province has a special characteristic for fruit and in particular for apple production in the country. However, distribution and marketing of apple as well as other fruits enfaced with many problems. Aim of the present research is to find proper solution for the current difficulties in apple export. Data were collected by sampling, questionnaire and interview with apple producers, wholesalers (commissioners) and exporters in khorasan province. Because of the qualitative nature of data nonparametric statistical methods were used for data analysis. Results showed that reduction of tariff had a positive effect on export volume but not productivity. Economic productivity was positively influenced by subsidies however, their effects on the volume of exported apple was not significant. Apple producers of the province believe that administrative constraints have an important role in reduction of fruits export and improvement of the current activities will increase fruits export and economic productivity drastically. Recognition of target markets by apple exporters will also increase export volum.
