چكيده لاتين :
In this paper efficiency of chicken marketing network in Khorasan province with using the Sabbarao Composite Index (SCI) was computed. Data of this study was collected through field survey and filling questionnaires from producer, packaging agencies,whole sailers and retail sailers. Results of this study showed that main marketing channel of chicken is supply of it as fresh and complete conditon. Also, marketing margin and coefficient marketing cost of packaging chicken is high and producerʹs share of consumer price is low. Calculation of SC1 confirmed that efficiency of fresh chicken channel is more than of packaging chicken. In this paper direct supply of chicken,delete the constraints of chicken supply without packaging in piece form,using of suitable transportation network, slauthering in production units are suggested.
