In order to compare the amount of heavy metals bioaccumolation in Eisenia fetida tissues and to find out the correlation between the concentration of heavy metals in Eisenia fetida tissue and in the bed, an experiment was conducted under laboratory condition. Seven treatments, including chloride solutions (1000 ppm) of Cd, Zn, Pb, Cu, Fe, all five element and control (without element) were prepared and added to earthworm bed. The concentration of each metal was measured in Eisenia fetida tissues in two different periods with 30-day intervalls. Results showed a strong correlation between the concentrations of Cu, Pb and Cd in the bed and in Eisenia fetida tissues. But no correlation was found for Fe and Zn, The concentration of Cu and Pb in Eisenia fetid(ʹ tissue were more dependent to the concentration of those elements in the bed compared with Cd. More than 95% of variation in Cu and Pb concentrations were controlled by the concentration of these elements in the bed. it was 80% for Cd.
